44I have always had exceptional service with My Plan Manager. Any queries are resolved quickly plus if I have made mistakes they are helpful to rectify.
Never had problem with MPM, Staff always friendly and helpful, albei sometimes it can take them a very long time to get back to you if you have called them or sent an email.
I am really satisfied with working with My plan manager.timely response, handling of emails and great dealing with customers.
I have had several clients (I am an NDIS support worker) that use My Plan Manager and they have all found the service to be very efficient and I have never had an issue when I have had to deal with them. Would highly recommend.
My Plan Manager is great to deal with. Have called them twice. Once for assistance with setting up my account and then with an invoice query. Both times had pleasant staff who were extremely helpful. Invoicing is easy and payment is prompt. Highly recommend them.
My Plan Manager are great they send you a txt to confirm with you the invoices before they pay them and the staff are always friendly and very helpful when you call with an inquiry. The portal is also great as we recently acquired the services of a Support Coordinator and with our written permission he can access the portal directly to be across our NDIS budget in real time
Over the last 2 years we’ve had ongoing issues with payments not being processed in a timely fashion. When we signed up we were told payment would be processed within 4-7 working days atm. They are currently taking 10 to 14 days to process. We chose MPM as they had an App and this would allow our support staff to submit online. This service has been offline for over 18mths. I don’t see why the support staff or client should need to ring or contact MPM due to their poor performance. They are happy to take our money each mth but slow in paying our support staff!
Useless. Many fake 5star reviews on here. Terminated these clowns after 3 years as they go from bad to worst
In an ever increasingly heartless world, making a call to My Plan Manager never leaves me shaking my head and that's a rarity these days! I have always had a pleasant simple experience with MPM and their manner is kind and pleasant. I am thankful for that as well as their efficiency.

I would be thrilled if I was paid on time, and they responded to my emails. My first invoice took a month to be paid. I emailed them, and they didn't respond. Once I phoned them, they paid me. I am now on my 2nd invoice, and have sent 2 follow up emails about it which have been ignored. It's been almost a month since my shift with my client. I should be paid in a reasonable amount of time, without needing to follow up.
Maybe a poor review will get them to actually pay me without needing to phone them? I take no pleasure in a bad review, but this is really disappointing and frustrating. I have bills to pay here, and I don't want to spend my free time phoning them and asking them to pay me for work I completed almost 30 days ago!
Have been so easy to deal with since day one they set up everything for me and make sure all invoices are promptly taken care off
I have been sending invoices to My Plan Managers for nearly 3 years.
My invoices are always paid promptly and if there has been any issue they have been quick to let me know. They have a fluid system to navigate when there is a need to speak to someone in person and their staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely put this Plan Manager forward to any participants who are asking for recommendations. Thank you from Planet Possible.
The worst plan manager I have ever dealt with I have started invoicing with this plan manager about 5 months ago and nearly every invoice gets sent back with a different problem excuse every time takes 1 month or more for one simple invoice to be processed have to phone and wait in queue every time for invoicing receive emails from different people with different problems and every week it’s like they each worker has a different system right now I am still waiting for a invoice from the second week of December several emails and phone calls back and forth and still can’t process a simple invoice really really disappointing
Great service.i have used this for my sons care and its a smooth service and my fav part is the text messages so i can keep up to date with it all
We have been with My Plan Manager for the last few years. While the service when we first started was very good the situation has definitely changed. Payments are slow to be made, staff are slow to respond and there is a definite change in attitude and service.no longer client focused
My Plan Manager have always been most helpful when required and have always been able to resolve issues when they arise.
I have nothing but good things to say about myplanmanager. They are so helpful if I have any issues, and payments are put into my account within a couple of days of issued invoices.
