I in the past had huge problems with My Plan Manager as an employer of a team of sub contractors. But through my constant persistence and management wanting to rectify and improve their services, I can honestly say they have defiantly improved. I love the way each client and families can have a portal and get their invoices sent as well as keep up to date with their spending etc.in budget as well as myself under a consent to share, so my clients family and I can see everything up front and keep a watchful eye on their budgeting which is fantastic. There are certain members of My Plan Manager that excel in their assistance and knowledge and go beyond the call of duty to help and rectify any problems. I myself have found Sheridan to have outstanding customer service and reliability with call backs and assistance as well as management Paul and the Relationships team over my years of dealing with MPM

I'm provide serviced and invoice My Plan Manager for payment. First payment took a few weeks because of systems getting organised and confirming bank details, but each payment after that only takes a few days.
Friendly staff and easy to make contact with them.

Thank you My Plan Manager for educating me as a mother and support coordinator about NDIS expectations, operational processes and then helping me to organise in a competent and legal way those services that give choice to Aboriginal people living with disability. The art work on Rosetta Street Croydon Park, for local Council's Stobie Pole Project by my son Tim and artist friend Tracey Ritchie on Arabana flower. Thank you to MPM I am better able to make dreams come true and help my people with confidence and clarity.

We have been with my Plan Manager from the start of it when it was very small.we experienced a lot of hick ups when it became larger, so much that we were going to look for another Plan Management service, BUT since last year we believe for us that My Plan Manager has very much approved their customer service, their listening skill to the individuals and the payment processes, the APP always was one of its best.so we stayed with My Plan Manager as today we receive an excellent service. MPM are easy no fuss system. All my service providers get paid promptly. If their is an issue they raise it with me. Highly reccomend them.

I was recommended to you by our support worker, I can’t express how happy I am with My Plan Manager. The services they offer and technology offered to help me track my son NDIS spending. The staff have always been very supportive and helpful whenever I have contacted them.

One star is too much
Look else where unless you are okay waiting in a phone que, waited 1.5 hours and asked to leave your phone number for a call back still waiting six hours later for call back that still has not come
Sent an email late January still waiting on reply. I have cancelled and gone elsewhere.
The Government needs to look into this as many are getting paid for nothing (tax payer money)

I tried to resolve an issue with them, and they were horrible to deal with. They wouldn't take into consideration the legal aspect of their mistake. They definitely added to the stress of an already stressful situation! Strongly advise people to explore any other plan manager!

Terrible, not a service provider I've dealt with wants to deal with these, leaving me to make my own claims through them, but when I do this their system only accepts one document and no zip files, meaning I need to pay them myself and also email MPM other documents (transfer receipts) for the same claim - double handling. But on top of this they repeatedly knock back the claims noting proof of payment wasn't submitted, needing me to forward that same email again - triple handling. 4 months ago they said they'd have this problem fixed and still nothing. I am essentially self managing through MPM, a complete waste of my time.

Steer clear.

I have found 7/10 staff great. And if some staff are less than great if you let management know the management is itself great when you give constructive feedback. So overall I think that this organisation is great to deal with. And I particularly have amazing service from Brandon.
