Worst clinic ever been too, rang on phone told duty doctor 15 minute wait, woke sick 3 year old up off me raced down there to be told 9 people ahead of me and waited over 2 hours to be seen, poor service and rude and unprofessional

Pathetic experience today!
There is a thing called customer service and customer satisfaction.
Totally disappointed with the lady at the reception and her service today.

Doctors are good but the problem is waiting time and also when you ring reception they put you on hold for more than 15mins.not happy

This is third time waiting more than two hours, there is no difference if i had made appointment or not. Reception staff are ok some time dont know what's going on.
Highly not recommend, all the time i went there because i dont have choice otherwise never never go there

I have been visiting the MMC for 25+ years and I have no complaints. Yes, it does get busy and you sometimes have to wait to sign in or to pay at the end, but where doesn't? I have seen 3 or 4 different doctors over the years and all have been compassionate and helpful with some quite uncommon problems that I have had. It is this reason that they sometimes run over time and there can be a wait past your appointment time. It is always worth it though and this is the reason I continue coming to the Medical Centre despite now living a 45 minute drive across town!

My partner was given false information over the phone in regards to getting stitches done at the medical centre. We followed instructions that we received via our phone call, telling us to come in at 2pm to be seen by a doctor. We also had been informed over the phone that they bulk bill and when we arrived for the scheduled time we got told the complete opposite when dealing with a very rude receptionist at the front desk.
We drove all the way from the other side of the city to be told very rudely that there is no doctor that can give my partner stitches, they do not bulk bill and even though we explained that over the phone we where told a complete different story we got presented with a receptionist that did not care about what we said and proceeded to not help us any further.
I do not recommend this centre to anyone.

Terrible waiting times. Book in and still wait hours. Save your time and go somewhere else. Doctors are average at best as well.

Rude staff at front desk, and have been yelled at by one doctor, and have had a hand raised at me by another.if it wasn't for afari, I wouldn't go back

With all the reception staff never answer the phone dont know wat they do all day. I have to make appointment by booking with the app gp4me its pathetic my grandfather who does not know how to use internet has to drive in park go inside line up to make an appointment. The wait times r ridiculous especially with young children. On the other hand the doctors are all fantastic i followed my doctor from novar gardens surgery i wish they didnt move to morphetteville medical centre its such an inconvenience to c my doctor now.

Yes I am one of many walk in patients for one dr but why does the dr need a 30minute break after each patient, seriously. I should have gone to domain where drs seem to care about how long they are taking.

Dr. Islam has no compassion, no "bedside manner", is condescending and said that many people are in my situation with mental health issues and I am "no different". Disgusted.

Appointments are spot on, I have been a patient of Doc Martin for over twenty years and very very rarely have I waited more than five minutes. Highly recommend the Doctors, Nurses and staff at this well maintained practice.

I arrived at 3pm to be told the wait is of 13 patients and was advised to return at 4: 30pm. When I came back I am told by one receptionist that it's only 1 person wait. I wait for 45 mins with 4 patients later and when asked whether the doctor had missed my attendance, I am told that he has not but he has priority for injured people first. I did not see anyone going in with injuries or pain on their faces.when I had my turn at 5: 35pm and came to the reception saying this whole waiting was not quite right, a new staff went saying in a very stern voice that this is how it is when you walking in so stay prepared for such in future! Not a happy customer and we as a family do a lot of walkin visits at this practice. It was a sad and hurtful experience!

I have no complains about this clinic. I have found the doctors here to be very accommodating. I have some odd health problems and was treated well at this clinic. I remember Patrick O'leary being understanding and compassionate. There can occasionally be a wait as this is a walk in clinic, however the doctors i have seen are good here and it was a small price to pay. I also have seen Dr Afari, an African doctor who was also very nice.
