Saw Dr. Ilic for a sporting injury (soccer). He is a well connected doctor who will take care of his patients. He is a great professional and very reliable. Also, Val on the front desk is very friendly and will always great you with a smile.

Dr Ian Chamber is an awful unpleasant Dr.
He doesn't check up your baby for immunization visit. He doesn't try to listen to you either. He lets you wait for 30min knowing that you are there going out to get chocolate bar and coffee and chat with his colleague.and he just has you in the office for 1minute or even less. Wow. I am very sad to come across this Dr for my baby's 1year old check up and immunization. Awful.

Why are you not doing walk ins? Domain is. But up to a 4 hour wait there when you aren't providing this service.been coming here for 30 years, but when really sick you send me elsewhere. Really bad form. Will be looking for another gp who can help me when I need it

Horrible money grabber that only sees you for a few minutes and will discuss one matter per visit. Absolutely ZERO empathy. ZERO duty of care and borderline criminal negligence.

I just rang the medical centre to tell them that I have the flu and I feel sick obviously and I got treated badly over the phone with the receptionist and now I’m going to have a phone appointment instead which is why I called her in the first place and she tells me that I have to have a Covid test even though I isolate myself every day at home except going to the medical centre and the chemist (which is allowed) i shop online I’ve done this for a very long time and I am treated like THIS! I have been coming here for a very long time and I am sick of some receptionist thinking that they are the boss of me. I am just about to call again to complain to the owner as I told her the truth and I feel like I have been punished it’s not going to happen again because you people should have sympathy for people who have just a common cold!

"Health Centre" has poor cycling facilities. (Old fashioned racks which are not secure from theft.)

How ridiculous. I called to make an appointment. I had a cold and had a very croaky voice. The receptionist did not ask any covid questions despite my voice so I turned up for my appointment and was promptly turned away for not having been tested. Thing was, zero, nil, nada covid questions were asked over the phone so I figured the relaxed restrictions had come into play. Once arrived at said surgery, was told no doctor in sa would see me. Thanks incompetent receptionist, you could have saved me the embarrassment if you’d done your job right in the first place

Dr Afari is just so lovely.
I can’t believe I never thought to give him a review before.
He’s extremely compassionate and I always feel heard with him.
He is very knowledgeable and thorough, and has an easygoing manner with a great sense of humour.
He takes his time and I never feel rushed with Dr Afari.
No doctor has ever come close to his magnificence.
Oh I love him so much!?
He’s a family favourite.
My late Mother, Emmy, lit up at the mere mention of his name.
I must have been seeing him for more than a decade now.
He used to work locally, and moved 45 minutes’ drive away, yet it’s worth the trip.
And he’s worth the wait if running behind.
Just understand that the reason he’s late could be partly due to emergencies, and partly due to the fact that he’s just so caring and thorough.which is the same courtesy he will offer to you.
I hesitated to write this review, due to the fact that Dr Afari is already very popular, but hey: you’re welcome.

Been going here for several years I see Danielle Collins, she is lovely, personable, caring and thorough with genuine empathy. I see Dr Yuri for Skin Cancer again amazing honest & informative.have recently also seen Cee Jon a new Doctor there and he was fantastic.reception staff lovely and professional and easy to deal with.

This place is very dodgy. I was bitten by a dog and booked an appointment for some rabies vaccine on the 4th day but the doctor didn't have much information handy. They kept me waiting and rang the disease control center and looked for information and then passed them onto me. They charged me $145 for something called a lengthy consultation. This is totally unfair and fraud practice. They should have informed me if that was the case.
The doctor Monirul Khan and the center both are utter useless.

I got to see Dr. (Uri), he just wasted time by increasing the pay, last time I visited it was around 40.
Same problem with no solution this time he got me to pay around 165. I went their with hope and come with cry in this pandemic.
I would never an ever suggest or visit this medical centre from now.

I went to see what Dr Khan and discussed my problem. He told me he dosnt know what is the problem and did not even showe interest to do some further investigation. You are supposed to know, you are a doctor, you are supposed to bother yourself and think of why somone having a problem. No one visit you for fun.

I feel sorry for our community that rely on people like him.

Not recommend them at all, they have just a certificate of medicine with no knowledge and skills.

Been going there for a long time. Has had some difficulties in the past but the doctors have changed so it is a much better experience. Fully recommend, especially since they prioritise the more serious issues. For example will prioritise helping people with chest pains than mild issues like someone with a cold

Dr uri is a sincere doctor and cares about his practice. The receptionist's were all polite and attentive. Overall I had a pleasant experience and will visit soon.

Tidy and professional practice with friendly and helpful staff, both in terms of doctor and admin! My wait time was low considering the business of the centre, and the team were quick to help with any question or concern I had! Will be returning (hopefully not for a while)!

Asked to be booked in twice for an EPC care plan and was incorrectly booked by the receptionist TWICE! So waste of two appointments and when I eventually had my care plan appointment the doctor said I was not eligible as he was too lazy to look at my previous records that I had provided that included my previous EPC care plans that I get done every year (never had an issue before)
The doctor completely dismissed my request and was so rude and clearly just had no patient care.
Really disgusted. My experience with this practice has been very disappointing and from reading the other reviews I think that this practice really needs figure out a way to improve.

Sub par customer service, rude doctors who don’t offer the best all-round care. Would not recommend this practice to friends and family. Really unwelcoming experience for my daughter.

I phoned the previous day to explainthat I was NOT ill and only needed a prescription filled. Went to my appointment today. Saw the doctor for 2 minutes who filled my script, $82 thank you very much. I will be checking with medicare to see if this an acceptable practice. Very disappointed.

After cutting my thumb badly walked in and was treated on the spot with exceptional care and service, thank you.

First time there, Dr Uri was extremely good. Wendy on reception was very nice lady too. Didn't have to wait too long at all. Will go again if I need too.
