Montague Farm Medical Centre Surgery

I have seen 3 of the doctors here and they are all very efficient and approachable. I don't feel like I am in a corporate business but more of a small family business where everyone is friendly. Unfortunately I am moving interstate and hope I can find a surgery just as good in Melbourne!

I have seen Dr Tri or Dr Pat, but all the doctors seem very good. Dr Pat and Dr Tri are both very competent. Sometimes you may wait, but I would rather wait for good quality care than go to a walk in walk out 2 minutes appointment practice. There is a $10 gap payment unless you have centrelink card or under 16 years but I never mind paying because I know I am in good hands. Thank you guys!

I have been coming here for many years and Dr Pat is the most caring, kind yet thorough doctor I have met. I cannot recommend this practice enough. Thank you for your care everyone at Montague Farm Medical.

We waited for 1 hour even with appointment time booked. I reach late on my Job. I was very disappointed.

Service good but the wait in waiting room is stressful and noisy. 2 tvs going at same time in a very echoy room. I have v senstive hearing and cant stay in this room too long.

We waited over an hour only to find out the doctor wasnt even there yet. Apparently someone stuffed up and took appointments 1/2 before they should have. We only found this out after we went up to enquire how much longer the wait was going to be. At this point the nurse said about calling the doctor. We should have been made aware of the situation when we checked in and allowed to make our own decision as to whether to waste our time or not. Needless to say the appointment was cancelled and we went elsewhere.
