Receptionist just wasted our time, we been there for my daughter’s check up, we went straight to them and the receptionists forgot to log on their computer that we already arrived. So dissapointing!

I have been a patient at Montague Farm Medical Center for some time now, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. Teresa, the receptionist is nothing short of amazing. Her consistently warm and welcoming attitude has made every visit to the center an absolute delight.

Dr. Anjani deserves special recognition as well. In my opinion, she is the best doctor I have ever encountered. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients is truly remarkable. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, provides thorough explanations, and ensures that I receive the best possible care.

Dr Anjani was so lovely and professional, my only issue was the receptionist Teresa/Terri she was awfully rude and snappy to everybody she spoke with both on the phone and in person, even the elderly. Absolutely disgusting behaviour… she needs to move on into a job that doesn’t involve interaction with people, especially people who are mostly unwell.

Saw Dr Anjani Prasad and she was lovely and helpful. Quick to diagnose the issue and talk through treatment options. Great service

Doctors running hour& half late. When you finally get to see the doctor not really interested other than getting thru the backlog in waiting room.

Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Leena is very thorough and you feel like your health is in good hands The nurses and support staff are all professional while still making you feel welcomed.

Doctor Niran is friendly, warm and very knowledgeable when making decisions regarding my children's treatment. Both of my kids are seen by Dr. Niran…. He is a great doctor who cares for her patients and takes time to answer all of our questions. He is professional, attentive, personable, caring and encouraging. He takes time during each visit and truly cares for my children.

Dr Kavitha is rude does not check you out probably should be deregistered and Dr Tri Cao is one day friendly then you go back she's very rude must be bipolar

Called for an emergency appointment to see a doctor during the practices lunch break. The receptionist Gita was very accommodating and told us we could come in and see a doctor who attended to us as well as a nurse, as soon as we arrived. After reading the previous reviews I was expecting a cold reception from the ladies behind the counter but to my pleasant surprise it was quite the opposite. I dealt with a lady (Julie) who said she was fairly new and to me she was very friendly and professional

Very rude reception, twice on separate occasions. Some manners would be nice. Doctors were great

Seen Dr kavitha she is so rude, she doesn’t even check the conditions, as a GP it’s her responsibility to look after the patients but she behaved in a manner that the patient health and condition is not her business she is there to get paid for. She has absolutely zero tolerance and such a rude GP I have ever seen in my entire life time.

I am appalled with your decision to discriminate against the unvaccinated. You need to remember what the purpose of the medical profession is – to treat and heal people, regardless of their personal decisions! SHAME ON YOU ALL

Lady giving the covid shots is an absolute delight, treats you like you are the first patient of the day even after hours of injections

We moved to this practice when my daughter was born. Wait times are more than an hour and a half. One time I brought my mother who had history of breast cancer to check a lump and was told by the doctor not to be "paranoid". Receptionists are rude. The only good thing about this practice is the enigmatic nurse who is great with young ones, esp for their injections. Have now since moved back to my original GP.
