Receptionist are very rude.lack of manners, even on the phone they always sound so annoyed. Seems like it's not a job for people who doesn't know a good customer service

My mother saw Dr Tri Cao. AGAINST OUR WISHES Tri Cao changed my mother's opioid medication. Dr Tri had made many mistakes with the care of my mum over the years and I could mention more but have decided to keep this review short. My mother went to hospital that night after taking the new opioid medication that Dr Tri had prescribed earlier that day and passed away 3 days later. Dr Tri does not care or listen to her patients, and she even tried to deflect the blame onto me. She is an absolute egotistical discrace of a human and doctor. PATIENTS BEWARE.

Been there three times, never had bad experience with the doctor but the all the receptionists are very rude.
They need to learn some manners and understand how important a receptionist is for a business.

First visit was with Dr Tri. She was engaging & humorous, yet professional and thorough. I didn't even have time to warm the waiting room chair & she called me in - refreshing given most Drs
run way late!
I had follow up Telehealth with another lady Dr and she too was great.
I'd recommend MFMC.

Waited well past appointment time only to realise there was still people ahead of me! If you can't handle time management, don't book people in!

If there was a zero rating I would give it. I've experiences some very poor doctors at this surgery on many occasions. As for receptionists i also give a 0 rating.

I was here to see Dr Pat, who was great. I needed some tests and she said not to make an appointment that she'd call me. Its been two weeks and today I called the practice to ensure all was ok. The receptionist said yes there were some results in and that the Dr would have seen them by now. The Dr will call if something is wrong. She said I should go back in, I told her that the Dr told me not to and they they would call. The receptionist dint offer to put me through to the Dr or for someone to call me back.
The receptionist was very unhelpful. I work in the service industry and if I treated my clients with a careless attitude I wouldn't have a job.

I have been a patient of Dr Pat for years and now seen a few other doctors when I cannot get into see her. They are all formidable and thorough and kind. Not the walk in walk out kind of clinic. Yes sometimes there might be a wait, but I am willing to trade off this when I feel I am being looked after well.

I bring my kids here when they are unwell. They are always looked after. The receptionists, nurses and the doctors are great. Kids are bulk billed. I think Dr William and Dr Pat are great doctors.

The doctors are normally amazing however the last one I saw wouldn't even give me a doctor certificate because apparently he doesn't know me well enough to determine whether I'm sick enough to warrant a certificate! I went to another doctor and as it turned out I had an infection.

Been coming here for many years now, however their GPs seem to keep moving on. Every time I find one I like, and start building a positive relationship with them, they're never there when I need to go back. Even though my history is recorded and saved on their system there, I hate having to get to know someone new, and explain things again. What is the practice doing (or not doing) that it can't hold onto its GPs, that they seem to move on so soon? Online booking system is also in need of an update. Either the GP I select is no longer working there, or they really don't have any available appointments. Ever. I check every couple of days, and still nothing.

I have been seeing Doctor Pat for last ten years. She is professional and renders her service for my maximum satisfaction and expectation. Her nuturing ways and pleasing manners endears our whole family. As I enter her consulting room she welcomes me with a warm smile and comforting words and I forget that I am sick. She listens to my health issues patiently and make me understand the treatment or procedure she is going to undertake. I would highly recommend Dr Pat and her surgery for any one

Dr Pat has been my GP for years and she is the most thorough and caring doctor I have met. The receptionists are always kind and helpful no matter how busy it gets.

Even though I would always have the Drs first available appointment every 2wks at 9.30am sometimes I wouldn't leave the surgery until after 11am! A few of the reception staff looked stressed all of the time & like they'd prefer to be somewhere else. I always felt sorry for them.
This would cause my severe mental health issues to polarize into a mass as I would go shopping locally & the later she was I would be which put me in an extremely vulnerable position as I have a Domestic Violence Restraining Order protecting my child & I. My abusive ex did bump into me on one of the days when she was way overtime & I'm lucky it was language he used & not a knife!
The Dr I used to see must have been the senior Dr there as she would assist others if questions arose or help was needed.
I understand that it's necessary to help all Drs in any practice as many are learning on the job which isn't a problem.
What did bother me however was the Dr told me she wasn't interested in any of my chronic disabilities or pre existing problems & only cared if it was something new.
My child who is Autistic with Aspergers, Depression, Severe Anxiety, PTSD always fell asleep as the booked time of 30 minutes went over by an hour or more.
I've now found a wonderful surgery where the staff are always laughing & smiling & the Drs treat you with compassion & understanding.
After all, going to your Drs is meant to be a partnership not a dictator ship!

Never going back was my first time there asked to see a women doctor and ended up seeing a male doctor was very angry wasn’t felling well so I vent for a check up he would not give me a sick certificate for work very disappointing

I'm not even giving this review for the doctors there. This 5 star is for the receptionists! Especially the one with the pink hair (sorry don't know her name). They are always extremely friendly and will always go out of their way to assist. I've noticed there are quite lengthy waiting times but they always deal with that well when customers get annoyed. Good job ladies! Definitely an essential and positive part of the team!

Don't recommend doctor baboo he doesn't give an f about his dutie of care and patience health and well being he should not be allowed to practice medicine in Australia.

I love this practice! All the doctors I have seen are thorough and kind. They have dietician and pathology and a whole lot of services
