When you order something they follow up. Easy parking + drive through for bulky items. Top Local business, highly recommended.

It hasn’t got everything. Mitre 10 stocks what you need and it’s easy to find. No waiting for staff. When I got my wood measurements wrong - twice- they didn’t lose their cool but I got the feeling from the dry humour I should stick to my day job!

I was amazed by the friendly Helpful Staff and Paul who helped me fix an issue with a broken water timer which I had almost given up on. Service with a smile is hard to go past.

I've been doing few reno projects. The guys have been so helpful. I've been using this Mitre 10 for 17 years as I've always loved nearby. I love it.

So I ordered a lovely outdoor setting from them online. Good price. Excellent quality.

However when I phoned on delivery day to check it was coming. They said no it wasn't. The store manager rang me back and brought it to me on his UTE within the hour. And he wouldn't even take the very reasonable $25 delivery fee.

Not too big or small, this site still had all of the hardware, timber and plants you would expect. Also a stockist of the SA grown Aussie Garlic bulbs.

Great range of hardware, the nursery is well stocked with healthy plants and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually walk away with what I need, and often a few other items.

I've been here on many occasions when nobody has asked if I need help. It used to annoy the hell out of me. The last two times however the service has been great. I hope it continues.

I spent half an hour looking for someone to help me with something, one guy walked away from me and just yelled “with a customer” he could have stoped and answered a question. I normally love this place I just think they need more staff on Sunday’s.

Tried to buy some dremmel bits, have to find a salesperson who has keys to get to them behind locked cabinet. After trying every key unable to open cabinet. Awesome. Drive out of my way and have limited time and can't even buy products they sell right in front of me. No wonder people just buy more and more from online, thats what I'm going to do now.

Always helpful, friendly and go that extra mile to be of assistance. Highly recommended for service and garden very good.

Went there 3 week's ago, So helpful in the Paint Dept, the Man there helped me in what I needed to Paint my Home, better than Bunnings, continue to go back, especially after Mitre 10 Westbourne Park closed, Thankyou again.

Good variety of hardware, fixtures, power tools, plants etc. Surprisingly good prices too. Have been here instead of Bunnings and found it convenient and saved quite a bit of time.
