Rocked up 15 minutes before closing, show staff what I want to buy. Staff check on system out of stock. One of the staff “Will” immediately says if youre not particular with the design we may have an alternative for that and voila. Went home, fit the product. And it is indeed a perfect fit. Thanks Will and the rest of the staff for the knowledge and assistance.

I like the relatively small place so everything is accessible and the friendly staff are there to help. Much prefer shopping there than Bunnings

It's not Bunnings. This can be good if you don't want to support a behem oth. It has a good range of products. It's less crowded. There's no sausage sizzle. Much smaller carpark. It's local.

Type of service most stores have forgotten how to do and customers have given up hope of finding. Larry went well and truly above and beyond in helping me.

Very warm and friendly staff! This is my first time shopping in this store, the purpose is to buy masks. Because their masks are cheaper than other, there is no inventory on the shelves. The enthusiastic staff assisted me in searching for a long time, because their system showed that there were 3 stocks but they were not sure whether it was accurate. Finally helped me find it! Thank you very much and highly recommend!

As a tradie I buy lots of paint, needed some Porters Paints for a job, was driving up Unley Road and saw the Porters Paints sign out the front, thought that I'd save some time and pick the paint from Mitre 10. Asked the staff member if they would match Bunnings price as I'm a trade card holder there, staff dude says "no". Rude attitude was a shock. Sure it's only 7 bucks per 4l cheaper but the rudeness will ensure I keep buying product from Bunnies, Mt Barker Bunnings have amazing staff and buying is easy and friendly.
