The receptionist I had must be new. She was slow and didn't know what she was doing. This practice used to bulk bill and now I had to pay out of pocket costs without even getting an invoice! And when I did ask for one, I was told the claim was automatically processed through Medicare, when it did not happen!

I found the doctor quite thorough with all the questions he asked and felt comfortable with him

After a lot of consideration i have decided not to return to this clinic and i would not recommend to others.

When I first started coming to this clinic I found a gp that I loved so I tried to overlook the total incompetence and blatant rudeness of the reception staff. You can never get through on the phone, when you arrive for an appointment you are met with 2 or 3 reception staff sitting there trying not to make eye contact with you so they don't have
to serve you, no smiles, extremely uninviting and constant booking errors.

In recent months my gp has become disconnected, always running very late with no apology or acknowledgement, rude, uninviting. She literally got up, opened her door and was trying to usher me out while I was still talking about my issue.

Rude, rude, rude! Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for a gp. You deserve better!

Excellent appointment with Dr Cheng. She advised me in great detail regarding vaccines that no other Doctor had taken the time to do

Have only attended so far for COVID vaccines, Very friendly staff, fast and efficient service, definitely recommend.

I completely agree, the service is absolutely unprofessional, I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. We had an appointment booked for my little son for 10am today. We however fell unwell, so I rang about 10am (9: 40-9: 45am) to change it to ‘Telehealth appointment’. The old Australian lady was cold and rude on the phone. Anyway, she did make the change. I then waited and waited for my phone to ring, however no one rang. I then rang again at 10: 30am and after being on the phone for 30 mins, another lady told me that oh, apparently they do not do phone appointments for new patients (such as my son). Are you for real? Have you guys have no communication between yourselves? Do you know nothing about your own practice when you pick up your phones and give out the information to your patients? I wish you are treated exactly the same as you treat your patients when you or your loved ones are sick or need help. What goes around, comes around.

Had my daughter booked in for her covid injection yesterday, they cancelled it 20min before the scheduled time, don't waste your time going to this clinic, staff is also very rude.

I am a new patient and am so glad to have found a GP with a special interest and expertise in musculoskeletal issues.

Has many G. Ps & other health professionals, plus provides many other services.
Very convenient "One Stop Facility"
Plenty off main road parking.
Can highly recommend this clinic.

The practice was pretty good and covid safe all the staff were lovely dr lynch was amazing and the nurses were friendly and lovely too

It was my first time going to Pro Health Care in Beverley it was a very good experience the doctor I saw Dr Subi was amazing she was very informative and caring.

I literally set up an account just to review this place. And not even for me but on behalf of my 83 year old grandmother.

So we booked our vaccines through the medical centre because said Grandmother is familiar with the staff I thought fair enough.

First impression of the place is pretty bleak and cold. I’ve been here several times recently and every time the welcome was apathetic and chaotic. Appointments always a minimum 30 minutes behind and an odd layout in the waiting room. Waiting room layout feels hazardous because of airflow from the front door. Serious incubation potential.

Anyway the reason why I’m even bothering to review this place is because the appointment for her second AZ vaccine was firstly mis booked too early (they mistakenly marked her down for Pfizer.) Made it all the way there to find out by the way. Anway we were rebooked for another months time and I only find out the day before her shot that it has to be changed for yet another couple of weeks.

The reason they changed the booking was because the appointment was made on a day they were actually closed.

Pretty poor, couldn’t offer suggestions for other AZ vaccine sites or express any kind of humanity about the situation.

I would trust the Lyell McEwin Hospital before this place and that’s saying something.

Avoid avoid avoid!

Busy, friendly, helpful. I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years, I trust in their professional treatment.
I trust the family personal feeling atmosphere will continue despite the practice name change and focus expanding.

Hats off to the entire team who are calmly dealing with all the patients. We had an appointment today at the clinic, it was quite busy, some of the patients were not ready to follow the SA govt guidelines, however the reception staff was so kind to assist them all timely!
It’s great to see their excellent Management skills during this tough time. Hopefully we will all get through this soon and the staff would have easy time at the clinics. Special thanks to Sandra, Julia Excellent Nurses. I felt relaxed after talking to them

I'm not usually 1 for negative reviews but am absolutely appalled. I had an appointment but due to illness rang & changed my appointment to phone consultation.
2 hours after my appointment time & still no call I rang the practice & the lady I spoke to confirmed I was still on the list & the Dr was running a bit behind. Another 2 hours passed & at 8: 30pm I thought I better ring again as the practiced closed at 9pm, well according to their advertised closing time that is. I couldn't believe it when I got a recording that they were now closed.
Shocking to think your doctors leave with outstanding appointments & no communication.
Also please don't worry about the generic 'we are sorry & please email us' response, it looks good here but doesn't mean much with no follow up. I sent an email nearly 2 weeks ago regarding this experience with no response or care factor shown from the practice.

This was my first visit to Pro Health Care Beverley.

A lady who works there (short hair with glasses, I am not sure she is a nurse or a desk staff) is very rude and loud. She treated patients differently. I guess people who go to the clinic are looking for help, but her service is even make people feel more sicker. Drs are very kind and nice, but we will not go back again.

Don't know how good the medical service is as I waited an hour with no update for the delay. Asked after 45 mins what was happening. Told I was next still waiting after another 15 mins and cancelled. Couldn't get sick enough to go back to this clinic.

Doctors here are great but reception staff, The practice really needs to introduce an online system for appointments because who actually has all that time to be put on hold for 20+ mins every single time just to make an appointment.

Dr Cleo, is a fabulous, caring Doctor.
She listens to her patients, and understands their needs. She is a wonderful Doctor.
