I have had a few appointments now with doctor peters and he is a very special doctor. He listens, trusts and does nothing but care and want to help you. I feel blessed to have found such an important doctor in my journey of recovering from 5 years ago a serious near death car accident. I was made welcome my doctor as always takes time to explain my situation in ways for me to understand he makes me feel like a person not a number as normal dr paschburg was very professional and caring listening to all my concerns I fully recommend him if you want to get the best advice possible I always feel he is there for me

I have anxiety and always get overwhelmed with new clinics, I followed my doctor over from their old workplace. Prohealth has been very great with me, always friendly at the desk and very helpful answering my silly questions via email cause I have phone anxiety. I am starting to feel comfortable now coming here, been coming here since Sept 2022 and would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to see a doctor.

I have been going to Midwest for over 30 years and have always been treated with professionalism and care. I would like to thank the kind staff and especially Dr Antonio Cocchiaro and Roberto Bianco who have always taken extremely good care of me.

Dr Lars Paschburg is a life saver. I've seen dozens of docs and psychs over the years but Lars was the first to take a holistic approach and we've had some major breakthroughs in a short period of time. Couldn't recommend him more highly! This is probably the first positive review I've ever left for a medical organisation, he's that good.

Consulted by Dr Roberto Bianca. He was absolutely as l expected. Thorough, clear, interested in my welfare and displaying the knowledge he had attained in thoughtful advice. His care and expertise together with his friendliness is outstanding!

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I must on this occasion as I am looking for a new doctor due to my doctor moving. About 3 years ago I went to this clinic and saw a female doctor who was appalling. She was 1 and a half hour late to see me and when I asked her to discuss alternatives to tables for vitamin D because I have a sensitive stomach she told me she didn't have the time to discuss this as she had to go and pick up her child from school. To her bad luck I know her parents so as I was quickly ushered out I bumped into her parents who told me they were picking her up to go out. By the way they had the child with them!
Now the reception staff made errors on my record and despite telling them to fix them they did not to this date. Suffice to say I didn't go back, however they kept sending me reminds for a follow up. I ended up calling and asking them to remove me from their record. As you know nothing is erased these days, so when I made a booking with another prohealth clinic, the reception staff advised me of the errors on my record! Unbelievable but true. I would never see that doctor again and would not go to that clinic ever.

The doctors are amazing. They are, yet since the change from Midwest Heath to Pro Heath Care, you need to be psychic to predict when you may be sick in 3 months time to possibly get a 15 min appointment with a 3 hour wait in the waiting room, whilst the receptionist use a "Karen's dinner" level of warmth to people seeking healthcare. The doctors deserve better, the attending deserve better. When the centres health model is now "get a sick certificate from a chemist" or "if urgent we can book you in in a week? ". I'd receive quicker and more effective care if I lived rural and travelled the 3 hours by car to see a GP. There no longer seems to be "people" just "clients". As for the poor doctors they seem overbooked, overstressed and exhausted whilst trying to deliver good practice care to people being flung towards them through an ever revolving door.

Extremely friendly staff and the most professional and caring doctors, especially Doctor Tedesco. I’ve been going to this practice for years and each time am treated with the upmost care. Thank you to everyone at Midwest

My appointment was 11, I was 10 minutes early, waited 10 minutes and was called. The doctor and nurse were friendly and helpful.

I wish i could give this place 0 stars the receptionist are absolutely rude and unprofessional my father is an old man in his late sixties with blood pressure and diabetes, for example if i book him an appointment at 10am he is ends up seeing the doctor at 2: 30pm this has happened over and over and over again this absolutely ridiculous i’m astonished that the health department themselves have not done anything about this because it’s just my dad there are so many other elderly people going through the same thing as my father.
