McDonald’s West Richmond

Big maccas fan, however this has to be one of the worst maccas store I've been to. I understand they are new, but have given them enough time to get the food service better. Every time, burgers are poorly made, a messy, squashed, all over the joint. Fries, never had a fresh one from here. Don't give napkins when they over flow your drink. Really wish they would improve as this is my local store.

If you want the slowest service in History, whether drive-thru or in store service, this store wins ever award for slowest service, if you get there for breakfast you might receive your meal at morning tea time, wow so slow and painful to visit.

Decent Maccas, clean with good service. Is usually quiet quick for food ordering and turn over. We don't mind this particular store and will return in the future.

Horrible service here. Had to repeat my order 10 times to then still get the order wrong. Said no bacon, what do they do? Put Bacon on. Said Almond Ice Latte, they give me a hot coffee. Called up and spoke to the manager who didnt even know what to say and to then be hung up on. I have no idea how these people got employed.

Called into get a coffee, no atmosphere and no staff at the front to acknowledge you. Waited over 10 mins for a takeaway coffee which I ordered as I went into the store. Wouldn't go here again. It maybe new but definitely feels like they just want drive thru customers.

Showed $9.95 for 24nuggets on the self order machine. When I try to pay the system it charge me $11.95. So I ask the the staff at the counter. When I was talking with her about the price didn’t match, she keep operating at her computer and changed the price. Finally she tell me there is no more$9.95 and show me on the self order machine said there is always $11.95.

What a genius staff, the owner should reward her.

20 minute wait for 2 happy meals. So much for fast food. I know they concentrate on serving drive through but in store customers are just as important.

Visited this McDonalds at approx 11.00 am. Service was ridiculously slow. It took us more than twenty minutes to get through the drive through process and even then our order was incorrect. The drive thru attendant was very slow taking orders and repeatedly asked the same questions in spite of us being very clear with our order. Not good enough for a "fast food" outlet.

Liked the idea of self checkouts. But staff should be serving the customers who want to pay on counter. Bit slow service on counter.

Almost 10 minutes for a cheeseburger meal at 4pm. Asked for 2 x Extra pickles received only 2 pickles and a cold burger with a long wait while the manager or owner sat on his laptop in the dining room. Glad this isn't my local

Not sure what thw deal is with this McDonald's as always slow. Maybe not enough staff or the location is too busy that the staff cannot get thru the orders quick enough. In saying that the food is good and the staff are friendly and courteous.

Wasn't gonna give any star but have to otherwise can't put reviews. I order menulog only one burger wait for 45 minutes so much rediculas. Food cold and terrible. Delivery guy said they do uber eat before do my order which from menulog. If they can't do all of delivery in order should do only uber eat. I never order from they again but I fan of menulog will order from some where else instead.

Purchased large coffee frappe, cost was highest I've ever paid, drink was sloppy not part frozen, not filled to top of cup was 1cm short. I complained was told this is how they always make them & basically i don't know what I'm talking about. Bad drink bad service what a ripoff

Terrible service terrible food
30 min wait for 2 toasted ham tomato & cheese they were soggy NOT put together properly and a piece of bread that was half the size of the base

New in 2020. All you expect, on-screen ordering and table service for covid-19. Drive through and play room.

The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. There is no large counter and kitchen behind for ordering, which makes the whole restaurant feel very modern.

Look this maccas doesn’t even deserve one star.it’s so poor. Always getting orders wrong or missing things in my order which is so annoying. The presentation is absolutely appalling! Look at how this burger is given to us.like how do you even miss putting the patty inside the burger?

I have to say that McDonald's Happy Meal is very successful. The children like it so much, especially the chips, toys and books.

Wow! What a nice new establishment! Quality service and care is certainly not dead! I was greeted by a nice young lady I think called Eliza. She helped me navigate the menu and made me feel so welcome, this was paired with the most lovely smile. The team in the kitchen made my breakfast meal fresh and hot and Cam made the perfect latte for me. The new decor was kept clean and is ideal for dining in. I was so very impressed by such a lovely young crew who made my time at McDonalds pleasant. I will be coming back.
