McDonald’s West Richmond

I don't know why I keep giving this store chances because they are always slow and I have had minor issues with quite a few orders. However today takes the cake. Luckily uber is great at issuing refunds because I received nothing of my order. If there's another Macca's you can go to - go there instead!

I got the chicken 'n' cheese burger here for the first time and it was great. I've tried it at other Macca's but I suppose it does depend if the chicken has just been freshly made. Either way it was great

Took a while to be served, longer to get order. When I got my order there were fries missing and my Big Mac Bacon had no bacon. Told the staff who wanted to see my receipt to prove that was what I purchased even though it clearly stated it on the little ticket on the box. Got my bacon big mac and had to go back up to the counter because they forgot my fries. Again. Two stars because it was clean, quiet and because my daughter had fun on the playground.

Took up a free offer. Meal ended up costing very little - great value. McDonald's is still the only place you can get a no sugar frozen Coke. I am diabetic.

Absolutely brilliant place to sit down with the FAMILY and eat. Ray Kroc intended Maccas to be a family restaurant and that's what you get, see and feel when you enter this Maccas. The chips are fresher, the nuggets are tastier and the Big Mac's are better. For as busy as it is, they keep the place well cleaned. If I were to take my family to Maccas and sit down and eat, you'll find me at this Maccas.

This place is All about the drive thru. If you go inside expect a wait especially during breakfast. My advice stay in your car. Oh and please fix the machines. They never have receipt paper and the last few times none of the EFTPOS machines have worked after going through the time consuming ordering process.

Will stick to other McDs in the area I think.

The worse run McDonald's I have ever been too, literally stuff all customers and I am waiting 10 minutes for a replacement Big Mac which was cold after they took it from someone else's order and picked pickles from it and then gave it to me.

Fast service, friendly staff plus kids had an amazing time on the playground. I would 100% come back again.

Delivered the mcmuffin burger not properly wrapped, HANDED to my daughter and the other part of the bun is in the bag!

Good food, fast service, i had a really fun 47th birfday but after i finished my mcwater the happy foundation bus hit me and my Twilight sparkle mobiloty scoooter. The driver then exited the vehicle followed by 15 midgest with down syndrome who all tea bagged me. Not to mention the poo in my happy meal. Rather unfortunate really

Ignor Uber orders, spent 40 minus in restaurant for a Mac meal and 2 pies. Totally spent about 1 hour for ONE ORDER. I would ask if anyone wants to spent 1 hour to earn delivery fee for SINGLE order, includes all car spent and self paying tax and super.

Very slow service, 2 cars at the drive thru and 10 minutes wait.
Third time this has happened, Wednesday evening must be trainee night?

Good food. Excellent service by the staff. No matter how busy they are, they're always friendly and polite. The food was fresh and very tasty.

So i placed my order all good happy days. When i went to collect it and sat at my table it was wrong, so went up to fix it. 20 mins later i got my order back and wouldnt u know it was wrong again with the exact same issue and its not even busy there is like 3 other people in the restaurant so yeah extreamly poor effort and the satff wernt even apologetic

Clean and modern McDonalds, fries and nuggets usually nice and fresh. Nice decor and environment for a fast food joint but the waiting time can be a little long

Where do I start. It's a lovely Friday morning, thought I would pop into McDonalds Richmond on my way to work. Firstly, I ordered the most basic breakfast meal and ended up leaving with a headache. Drive-thru attendant was extremely slow and had to repeat myself numerous times, proceeded to the payment window and had more issues with communication. I then collected my meal and it was completely wrong. Ordered iced latte, gave me a hot latte, ordered bacon and egg mcmuffin meal with no bacon, got bacon and no hash brown? - More training needs to be done to ensure a quicker and efficient drive-thru process. Will be avoiding this place like the plague until more action is taken.

Love this place! The kids had a blast with the new playground.
The staff were friendly and the coffee had just the right temperature.
I highly recommend families to come here for it is a great experience!

So i ordered some ice cream and apple pies via menulog sounds simple right? Ordered at 11: 00pm and its now 12: 30am and still havent received my order yet the confirmation screen says delivered so i went to the online chat to talk to the computers they had no idea whats going on so i thought id call menulog and the robot was on the other end of that to

Did drive-thru. My bacon & egg burger looked like an explosion had happened, it was askew & the melted cheese was all over (stuck) to the paper.

I ordered extra patty and there's no extra? !
I waited in waiting way and they forgot my hot chocolate until I asked for it. I know you guys are busy, but please be more careful with our orders, we are friendly but we are not stupid
