In comparison to other "nearby" MacDonald's outlets, this one is far better in terms of cleanliness, service, and food. If only they could lower the volume of the "background" music as it makes it hard to have a chat

Console ordering failed. Therefore, the order I thought I had didn't exist, so no food or drink.
The staff did try to help.

I was called obnoxiously obese for wanting to order 10 grand Big Macs 45 boxes of fries 91 cheese burgers and 22 soft serves I was going to buy these for a Christmas party with me and my ps4 and play fort with the boys even though I weight 499.99 kilo grams I was impressed with the size of their doorway

5.30pm The place was filthy. Tables strewn with empty food wrappers and not eaten good. We could not find a clean table. The floor was full of rubbish. Many seats had chips and rubbish on them. Yet there were plenty of staff. Horrible.

AT 5: 30AM, Worst Service Ever at this place, People avoid this MCDONALD'S.

AN EMPLOYEE, IN THIS MCDONALD'S TOOK THE ORDER AND THEN MANAGER CHARGED THE MONEY THEN SAID WE DON'T DO THE CONES IN THE MORNING.

THEN THE EMPLOYEE LOOKING AT ME LIKE ITS MY FAULT IF I ASKED A QUESTION. BOTH MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO LEARNING TO RESPECT CUSTOMER.

THEY BOTH WERE VERY RUDE.
THEN THEY TOLD ME TO COME INSIDE FOR REFUND.

I PAID FOR NOTHING. And NO REFUND AS WELL.

QUESTION IS IF YOU ARE WORKING AT MCDONALDS AS MANAGER OR EMPLOYEE, YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SELLING OR YOU ARE SLEEPING ON DUTY?
If you can take money in drive-thru then why cannot you refund in drive-thru?

BEING rude WITH CUSTOMER I DON'T THINK SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE BY ANY GOOD COMPANY OR ANY PEOPLE.

Do not go there! The staff is very rude and disrespectful when you inquire about order they ll shrug u off and say just wait n instead of doing their job they ll just chat with each other.i ve never seen such disgusting attitude from maccas employees anywhere in the world save ur money plenty of friendly maccas out there shame on u

After half hour driving when I get home I found they didn’t give me the nuggets (I bought a family box), ok at least they gave me a sauce!

Disgusting kids working dont take on feedback they gave me half packed chips when i ordered full and I MEAN actual half full especially when i told them make sure they full and this has happend on many occasions previously they must train there staff to half fill them these days cutting costs. They made me wait extra 10 mins for meal in parking bay. Burger had half pattie missing some thing aint right with staff there unhygienic. Feral experience they need professional training they just let them do what they want in there. I called up she said she will replace my chips even though my burger had half a pattie and cost of petrol not cheap these days.shocking real bad never again

This is one of the best MacDonald in SA. The staff members are very professional good service

Better service here than the Goodwood or Glen Osmond Rd stores. Clean, brand new restaurant and decidedly less expensive for identical orders between the two aforementioned locations. Friendly switched on staff. No delays at peak hour of the morning.

The food was good, the customer service was terrible. My iced mocha was actually nice (though I added an extra espresso shot & extra ice), when McCafe is good, it’s great. Our breakfast muffins were nice and fresh + correct according to our changes. Please work on your customer service though!

Manager serving us was ridiculously rude. "anything else? " before my partner even had a chance to say for the item to be in a meal.he was yelling at his staff about coffees and stretching halfway out the window to reach our car because there were a few others waiting.i feel bad for the poor barista working there and having to deal with him

Cool headed staff that persisted through the ordering system failing. Luckily the point of sale was still available and I used cash. To the staff that worked the afternoon on Monday 12th December 2022, big thumbs up. My kid's nuggets and fries were fresh and hot. The frozen Coke was chilly and refreshing. One happy teenager and impressed mother.

Very bad service, Order the Big Mac with extra fillet, made 3 times mistake, and didn't give us tissue until we asked 2 times。

Tidy restaurant, breakfast muffin was very poorly put together, it ain't hard to stack bacon cheese and a meat patty people!

As a food delivery courier i don’t want to get back here! They always too long to prepare food compare to other maccas! Always not ready when we arrive and waiting for 10-15 minutes or more! Sometimes 30mins!

Ordered though Deliveroo and order was over an hr late (not drivers fault was at restaurant the whole time) Ordered 2 large shakes and got 2 small shakes instead, also ordered a Big Mac with Bacon and received Big Mac WITHOUT Bacon.

Have ordered multiple times in past and never had issues until this time and was also upset because it was my partners birthday and he wanted Maccas for dinner.

Great tasting food, 99% than any other McDonald's I have ever had. Please keep up the quality and set the standards for other restaurants to follow

Poor service, long wait after ordering, poor quality ordered a caramel sundae took forever to be made and was only half full

Been there the drive through and ask the manager to repeat my order back to me because some other day got my order wrong but he was so mad at me with his attitude shame on u mate
