50It was a mysterious place but I'm glad I brought the $3.65 water instead of coffee as I know 10 cents went to charity.
The little Mexican behind the drive threw window offered to throw bacon on my burger for an extra $2, and boy I love bacon, got home and found no bacon.thanks sons crying now.
It's great normally but it was a absolute pigsty tonight (22/03/19) bins over filling almost no tables without rubbish on them and the most surprising thing of all there wasn't any reason it wasn't like it was overly busy plenty of time to do both serve and clean. Cleanliness should be key and first priority in that line of work. Other than the complete shock of tonight it is pretty good place warm friendly and great customer service
Good little play area for kids. I’m here only for a coffee and it’s alright. Sweet stuff taste artificial and way too sweet. No healthy options
Cold fries and our burgers were wrong and this isnt the first time.
Also man at food window was very rude.
As usual a great place to meet friends, have a wonderful coffee & a slice of pineapple toast. Staff great, place clean & cool on a somewhat warm Friday.
Crispy clubhouse chicken burgers were great. French fries sent back very soft and nt fresh. All of the customet order consules not wotkin.
Disappointing. The once consistent good service has dwindled to inconsistent. Been in QLD for two years, back for a month and have been to this Macca's multiple times for coffee and occasional food as this Macca's was my frequent "Go-to" for coffee because it's quite good (still is). I've noticed a significant drop in consistency of service quality in the drive thru at all times of day. Hit and miss now. Half of the staff in drive thru (primarily the younger staff) seem to not care about quality control of the food, have an attitude, and are often snappy and short with people. The other half are the opposite, are absolutely fantastic and provide the service that is expected and that I remember before going to QLD.
Cola soft drink not sweet enough, tasted more like soda water. Burger ok but fries a total disgrace, luke warm, soft, floppy, pale & undercooked. Annoying & didn't enjoy. Nice and cool inside on a hot day. Friendly young female staff.
Omg! Christmas eve, worst Macca's experience ever! Everyone was waiting over an hour for their food in the parking lot. A lot of disgruntled customers. I think they were understaffed and the staff that was there gave the worst customer service ever. When we finally got a Big Mac meal it was so cold.should have been free!
