McDonald's Port Adelaide

Had a mostly positive experience in my visits but can get busy and have had random missed items and slowness in the drive thru.

Absolutely disgusting service pies cold and sundaes melted. Apparently frappe and sundae sound the same? Overcharged too. Would give 0 stars if I could

Ham and cheese toastie = two dry slices of toasted bread with barely a hint of cheese. No ham. Would be funny if it didn't cost $4.50.

We are seniors and Macca's has a special rate coffee for seniors. There is no facility to indicate that on the touch menu and I had to ask at the counter. Their cheese toasties were lovely.

Ying and yang. My food was as I expected my partner’s wasn’t, she was missing 2 items. Called to let them know, still waiting on the call back?

Ordered a ham/cheese toastie in drive-through, never received such a tiny toastie at a McDonald’s before. Took it out of bag within a minute of receiving it and it was stone cold with cold, hard cheese – this thing had been lying around for a while. Took a bite, was like eating cardboard – inedible, it has gone straight in the bin. Insulted to have been served this rubbish. How do I add pictures?

Ordered via uber eats part of the order was missing, fillet o fish was rock hard like it had been over cooked in a microwave.called the store to raise an issue and was told to call uber.useless

Chips very greasy, and I ordered 1 apple pie but I received custard pie (the outside warp paper was wrote apple pie)

The place was disgusting food and drinks all over the floor.
Not the staffs fault.
The school kids were just leaving all their waste everywhere.
We complained to a staff member who said it would be cleaned up.
The kids should not be allowed to leave until they clean up their own mess.
Plus there was a scooter on the floor which I had to step over to get to a table which did not have old food and drinks on it.
We will never be back.

Whoever is on drinks at 12pm on Saturday 21st August is amazing. Excellent job. Drinks were amazing and fries were so good. Burger was not great. No lettuce even though I requested extra

The drive thru was fast and easy to access. Good customer service even with an error in our order they were quick to fix the problem and even gave us a small fries for the trouble. Overall pleasant experience.

Don’t wanna be too cute, but this is what I got. I am not too means to trainee, am I? 3 stars is to help you gets better.

Not only did I not get what i ordered and paid for, when I called to have the issue resolved I was hung up on a number of times and when attempting to call back the phone was then taken off the hook.
These people are lazy, rude and need to have their jobs given to decent people that are willing to do the job properly!

We went to drive through today just now 4pm and there is a girl who is really really rude to us when we order they made a mistake because of the learner (this girl excuse)

My point of view you cannot leave the learner by herself in the drivethrough or over the counter
Learner should be with the professional so no mistake or missunderstanding orders.

This McDonalds is really bad! I ordered a small chips once and got hardly any. This happend multiple times. Another time I ordered a cheese burger and I said no pickles and they gave me EXTRA pickles

We have gone through drive thru on a couple of occasions and all times they have stuffed up! Then thought use uber, being lazy not wanting to go out, thinking they would get the order right was i wrong. Missing fries so ended up driving there, so defeted the purpose and paid extra for nothing. If you really want McDonalds andcan go to another store I Highly recommend it, Westlakes is a much better option.

Port Adelaide McDonald’s is renowned for making mistakes in every order.
Last week I didn’t get sauce with my nuggets.which is annoying (in what world would you have nuggets and no sauce) but just typical of this restaurant.
But today they have taken things too far. I asked for a bacon and egg McMuffin with no egg. I received a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon in a box with nothing else.
Firstly, how on earth does anyone think “oh yea that seems like something someone would order secondly.the cheese was all squished up in the corner of the box and stuck to the cardboard so even if I had decided to sit and eat a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon I couldn’t do so.
I’m done with this maccas.they’re a joke

Missing sauces burgers meant to have no pickle but had. Cold nuggets. Extremely rude male with a thick accent who answered the phone to let them know of the error that they're staff had made. Only to be hung up on then call back 3 times but get ignored. Finally answer again and same rude male and same result.

Only get order right 1 out of every 20 times without exageration. There is nearly always something wrong with the order not what you orderd something missing. Never get large that you ask or Pay for always comes out regular.
I'll get takeaway from Hungry Jacks or somewhere else coz I'm over it.
More often than not if you try to get it sorted out and get what you payed for you get treated like you're wasting there time running them around annoying them.
