McDonald's Port Adelaide

Thursday morning I sat down and ordered breakfast and on the counter in front mc Cafe was a live cocroach on the counter I was very disappointed

We ordered 5 mcflurrys and 5 apple pies via uber eats. The apple pies were not in the bag. We called the store and a staff member admitted he had forgotten to put the pies in the bag but said he could do nothing about it and we needed to contact uber eats. Contacting uber eats as a customer by phone is almost impossible so we apparently have no way of getting this matter sorted. McDonald's staff made the error so they should have fixed it. Not happy at all!

This is the second time in 2 days i have ordered a coffee frape and they have given me chocolate. U eaither need to get them in the drive through to get there hearing checked or have it show on the screen cos that aint working eaither. Not happy

Too much litter from McDonald's scattered around streets and adjacent train station. Not a good look for your brand.despite the lazy customers who don't care to use a bin!

New food terminals are difficult to use and no staff around to help assist. Don't bother unless your going through the drive through.

This one is great I went there more the once and would recommend it to anyone that is in port Adelaide nice staff and modern look and feel to the place

Ordered on the touch screen, was told to proceed to counter to pay as i wanted to pay cash waited ten minutes before a staff member arrived who then proceeded to tell me that the order hadn't even been sent to the kitchen.

Not wanting to spend anymore of my night listening to sirens beeping and no staff service i left.

The order number screen was switched off so there was no way of telling if order was done.

Being here tonight 23/01/2020 after work. Order in at 9: 10 PM and printing machine didn't work. Came to counter for my number and it's 135. Waiting for 30 minutes just only for a burger, 1 large hot chocolate and 1small Fw? WtH? Came to ask staff and they even ask back have I paid for it? Of course yes mate as Common Wealth bank did the payment really fast. At the end, my order was f**king deleted? GGWP people. Should have put 0 star instead as the system only allows 1 star as minimum.

Horrible cold hash brown, microwaved muffin and dishwater coffee disgusting food don't use in the later part of an evening

Food expensive, computer ordering terrible, drinks unavailable as ordered on computer, staff didn't want to give refund for drink they couldn't make, long wait of poor quality food and had to clean our own table before we ate.

Will never forget when I went here a few years ago and got a green bacon and black egg mcmuffin. The egg was black and the bacon shiny and green. Must have been sitting there for a few days atleast for that to happen

Ordered quarter pounder. One piece of pickle and no sauce. Complained so what did they do - did the same thing. Meat was not grilled on either burger but microwaved and heavily dripping with fat. Worse Maccas ever. Staff definitely not able to cope.

Food and service standard has dramatically dropped in the last 2/3 months. Something has changed and not for he better.

Food is always good, wrappers tend to be a bit greasy on the outside and the wait in the drive-thru can be a little long but otherwise good

Got dinner there tonight found a hair in 3 burgers and another in the frys burgers were expelling oil ON TOP OF THE WRAPPING. NOT HAPPY.called back as a concerned customer to give them my feedback, I've been eating there for a couple years always been good food good customer service, manager was very rude all in all mcdonald's has gone downhill, they were improving but now not so much very disappointed maccas I'm not lovin it sorry. Good riddance

MOST POOREST SERVICE OF MCDONALDS PORT ADELAIDE! MR EDWARD, THE BOSS, PLEASE PUT UP THE RIGHT STAFF, Cheap YOUNG INDIAN STAFF are hampering your image AND OF MCDONALDS TOO. THINK ABOUT IT.

Not good at all the was NOT cooked the buns were stone cold and dripping with oil, so l wont be back there.

Tables were dirty
Had to use new screens which I can't use to dirty screens
Coffees we order took 15 minutes to be made

Place was a bit messy, staff were friendly and polite and food was cooked quick to usual standards of McDonald's - Good, but not very filling. Plenty of parking and seating arrangement.

Who was the team working on the 8th March. Ordered 2 medium fries and 20 nuggets and extra sauces. Received 1 small fries and 10 nuggets. I asked the girl working at around 10: 30pm if there were sauces. She lied and said yes when there wasn’t. Whole team needs to be fired.
