Terrible service, very very slow and disgustingly dirty with all sorts on the floor could be seen over the counter like trays and chips and wrappers and grease under the fryers and a spilt milk shake on the public side of the counter.all of the staff were standing around doing nothing whilst buzzer were going off.no manager to be seen or give the kids working there direction sadly.we left without a kids toy as none could be found, numerous parts of our order also missed we will not be back disgusting

Consistently average experience.

Kiosk never seems to print a docket. Items missing, food (meat items) old and dry.

Junk and cleaning products on the front counter, along with iced coffee milk cartons (I hope these were there to be thrown out?). Less than courteous service from staff.

One occasion I was specifically asked not to take photos in store. I guess it's so regional it gets little attention to from the McDonald's chain.

Took too long waiting for our food there were no cars parked out side and we were the only ones in the drive thru

Great Macas, clean, friendly staff. Good service, changed a meal off the menu to suit, can't be happier

Very dirty! Tables not clean, toilets filthy, slow service, however food was good. Otherwise would have been a one star.

Got a 'No Sugar Coke' in a meal deal of Angus Burger that had a cover on it, but when taking the cover off as I always do, I noticed it was only 3/4 full. Felt a bit ripped off.

Normally very good. This time the tables were not wiped over and 3 tables that still had bags, cups etc were not cleaned for the hour we were in there.

Cant get orders right. Always missing what I paid extra for bacon sauce etc. I only go there for coffee now wont eat there again

THE WORST MACCAS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE CHIPS TASTED OLD AND MOULDY AND THE WRAP I ORDERED WASNT EVER WRAPPED PROPERLY AND WAS SQUASHED. THEY ALSO TOOK FOREVER TO GIVE US OUR FOOD. DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL

No frozen coke in the morning and then in the afternoon the frozen coke was overflowing and making a mess in my car. Not happy

Very friendly staff and A great atmosphere. Even the other clients are friendly because of this.

I requested no salt on my fries. The guy was pretty confident in my request due to health condition. So told me there would be a 10 minute wait, which was fine with me. He even placed a tray so the fries wouldn't fall into the normal tray were all fries normally go to be salted. Then he heavily salt's all the fries. I yell NO SALT, he looks so dump struck and says I'll make you some more and it will be another 10 minute wait. I said forget it I don't have time as my order was already getting cold. So very disappointed with service.

It was one of the dirtiest macs I have ever seen. Tables not cleaned down and outside area had a filthy floor. Looking not cleaned in days. Plus tables not wiped down

Took 25mins for a normal order when there are only 1 customer before and 1 after me (no big order)

Called out the order number then turned away. Did not say ‘thank you’ or at least wait for me to pick up my food.

Such a bad customer service. Plus dirty tables, no serviette in my take away bag.

Absolute disgrace! When ordering several large fries to divide up between our 5 children. All 4 large fries were only half filled. Ordered a double Big Mac, only received a standard one. Also a grilled spicy chicken clubhouse and received a fried one. When making the healthier choice, this is completely unacceptable! Offering half the normal menu made it hard to and outrageously expensive to feed out large family. Only shame here is, I had to give a full star. Half a star review would be completely acceptable here!

In the 2 years I have lived here, we have NEVER been served our food straight away, always asked to park in the waiting bay where they take over 5 minutes every time. The longest was 13minutes for ONE CHEESEBURGER MEAL! Staff are surly, and have zero customer service skills. They are borderline rude. On 3 occasions when I have complained about wait time, they have not apologised, only said "it depends on the time of the say". Seriously, that is what they say each time! One of those times I was the only person there! The food is ok, but inconsistently made, and that fact I have to wait so long with a car full of leaves a bad taste in my mouth from the start!

The quality of the food was really good and the speed of the employees is really good while holding that good quality standard.

A good busy place like all other McDonald's store. Big enough. Have so many dining service. Good servicr

Great service, friendly staff, clean amenities, clean and tidy restaurant. Will return there next time I'm on holidays

Loved the use of seniors card after spending $3 you can get a free small coffee. Good to see new trainers /staff trying hard
