The burgurs are soo greasy and the chips tasted like they were 3 days old and they probably were they messed up our order twice not happy it's a waste of time hungry jacks is better it's fresh and cheap.and my kids got sick

Very slow instore, ovet 40 cars went through drive through while we waited for our order over the counter, not good enough.

Poor customer service. Worst coffee I have had at McDonald's. As usual the app is useless in certain areas. Especially for specials, almond milk and redeeming items. Not much good advertising things you can not do.

Staff can be pretty rude sometimes and even when the place is empty you still get sent to the waiting bay and wait 10-15 minutes for something that takes 5 minutes.

I used to work at McDonald’s so I know how it can be and I always try to be understanding that there may be factors that make it longer to wait and that staff may be going through things in their own lives.

My triple cheeseburger is always squished flat and has everything falling off it all the time, please try to work on this. I understand that it’s harder to keep it nicer looking due to it not being put in boxes anymore but it shouldn’t look flatter than a hamburger that’s been sat on by a fat person.

Driving from Adelaide I needed a coffee. We stopped here and wasn't disappointed. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. I could see they were all working as a good team and the manager was very nice to customers and her staff. Would go back here again next time I stop through. Definitely enjoyed the dirty chai latte.

Very poor customer services. Blamed customer for THEIR app and SYSTEM not working, then later blame customer phone not working correctly while app showed up order number and everything. Thanks Macca for your poor service, someone else in the area got extra business.

A standard Maccas. Pleasant crew. Decent food. If it's a busy time, give the drive thru a miss if a few cars there.

Rolled into here for work during a busy lunch rush. Special shout out to the McCafe employee Heather who went out of her way to assist us with something even while she was very busy. Incredible customer service and great coffee too, thank you Heather!

Rather slow with service. Had to send back sausage and egg mcmuffin as it had no egg and was cold, as was the hash brown. Cheesy toastie from mccafe was very tasty!

They gave us a normal burger when we ordered a double, when I raised this they offered a completely new burger, but we agreed just to get the patties. Manager was nice and calm

Took forever to bring the food to us, whole order was wrong so they remade it and fked it again. Locals were also weird there

This was the filthiest maccas I've been to. 8am only two customers, and floors, tables, seats were filthy. Never to return.

Meal took ages to come out in the drive through. When it did, they had no idea what was in the bag. Burger was literally dripping with grease

Burgers were not well put together, they were sloppy and falling apart. Aircon was on very low on the 35 degree day we visited. Below average Maccas.

Dirty. Tables ok but floor dirty at 11.30 am.
Ladies toilets awful. I've never seen a grottier McDonalds.

Asked what my order is drive through? There isnt a menue apart from the latest offers? How so you know whats on the menue?

Chips were cold, a large group of teenagers had come through and trashed the area, unfortunately not cleaned yet was not very inviting

Quite possibly the worst MacDonald's I have ever had.

1. Found a lettuce core in my burger
2. No dialogue from the staff, we were just handed our food.
3. Chips shoved in the bag, went everywhere

Pretty ordinary.

Has to be the worst McDonald's I have been too. The place was dirty even though you can't dine in. The ladies toilets were terrible i didn't even use one in the end. And we waited over 20 minutes for food that came out greasy.

Don't normally find reason to review a Macca's visit but today's really was such a negative experience that I'm hoping this review finds its way to management. Pretty standard breakfast order for two and waited for 15 mins while the boys had a chat or something. Definitely not fast food. Food was hot although attention to detail on burger construction left a little to be desired. Wife asked for a straw for her OJ at the cafe counter only to be lectured that there should be one in the bag (she'd already looked but it was well hidden) and it not to ask at the main counter staff. An extra straw was provided but the normal helpful Macca's staff attitude was lacking. To make matters worse the staff member appeared to be a leader so maybe the reason for the overall poor experience.
