McDonald's Naracoorte

Busy.
Great place to break the drive up.

It's a very hit and miss with this place, some days their food is great some days it's horrid. Some days, they get your order perfect. Others, they mess it up majorly.

Is there a McDonalds in the state of South Australia that actually has a working soft serve machine? You'd think they would take items off the self serve menu if staff knew they were not available.

Very unorganised and lacking in customer service.
Wait time was excessive.
The was a boy in casual clothing serving himself behind the counter and swearing bout his parents.

Very dirty, food on the floor and no one had cleared any tables, pull ya socks up before the rats move in

Stopped here today 3.30, tables needed wiping, floors inside and out chips, Papers all over floors, toilets filthy, mirror disgusting, no toilet paper! Staff (5) talking loudly between themselves. Took over 10 minutes for 1 x toasted sandwich, which are straight from fridge, By the way only customers in there! Yuk lift your game. Where is Manager?

Pretty sure they play whack-a-mole with the burgers before they serve em because they are always squished.

Ordering is complex. Have to order meal electronically then order coffee over counter. What the!

Walked in, saw the condition of the place, walked out without ordering. Rubbish receptacles overflowing. Glass in doors filthy. Food and rubbish on interior and exterior floors. Food scraps and rubbish on tables. Greasy uncleaned surfaces everywhere. Disgusting, could not believe it.

Workers Halli and Macy served me really well last friday, amazing customer service and were friendly overall.

I dont normally bother with this, but ive got a few orders from yall lately & its cobsistently soroblem but this is1st xthe fries have been so stale u cant swollow them, hot choc anything but hot!

Memorable for all wrong reasons! Four customers in store.fries tasted stale and not hot! Burgers ok and coffee good. Some staff standing around chatting amongst themselves, ignoring rubbish on tables and floor. All tables needed cleaning, as did counter. Didn't want to see rest rooms! Open your eyes staff and look around!

Unfortunately it all went bad right from the order, took 3 goes to take the order and it still came out wrong. The food was extremely badly put together and tasted quite stale. Drinks came out wrong but in an effort to clarify the drinks it was all to hard. Bad experience from start to finish.

Asked specifically no ice in coke and still got ice, had to wait few min for new large coke, young bloke not happy about retuning the coke, Chips soggy and just warm only drove 1.4km down the road to eat them and burger.

Pretty fresh, usually I have to ask for the meals to be freshly made, forgot this time but it was delicious and certainly fresh, the chips were slightly oversalted though.

Placed my order on self service.it didn't give me a ticket.the staff member got angry at me for not remembering my order.

Naracoorte mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to, service was extremely slow and the toilets were so disgusting i don't think they've ever been cleaned. In fact the whole place doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned. Needs lots of improving before I'd even stepping foot in this one again.

A pretty average McDonald's.toilets were horrible but food was not too bad. The staff were a bit grumpy and everything was dirty

I’ve lived in Naracoorte for quite a while now and I’ve never seen a business go so downhill from when it started. The food used to be good and taste fresh but now the food tastes like it’s been sitting in a fridge for over a week. I’m quite disappointed on how most of the machines are “not working” in this place most of the time I come in. The staff are nice and helpful but whoever sorts the staff out for counter and kitchen are shocking. I’ve seen customers sit at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one’s gone to help them. I’ve seen customers walk out because they’ve been sitting there for so long. THIS PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK.
