McDonald's Mount Gambier East SA

Thought we'd drive through rather waste time going inside. Stuck in the queue for nearly 15 minutes with no-one moving. My husband got out to ask the first person in the queue was happening. He was waiting for his coffee and the staff hadn't directed him to the waiting bay, so we all had to wait. No notification from any of the staff about the hold up. No apology when we finally got our cold food. Not going back. We were late to the event. Would give zero stars but apparently you have to give 1 as a minimum.

The food was cold, too much sauce on the burger yet my friend had same burger and she had not enough sauce on her burger. The coffee and chai latte was served cold. If I wanted an ice coffee I would have ordered one. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

Slow service, ordering machines not always working, not enough staff employed, the diner lights are always tripping out and adult 20 something youth using the play gym is ridiculous, come on management, instead of watching them play in there, why not kindly ask them to get off it, so the little kids can continue playing on it!

The layout and decor for this Mac Donalds is really well set out and really family and child friendly. There is free WiFi and charging stations for phones so it's a really great place to relax and enjoy a nice meal and take some time out.

Worst Mcdonalds in town slow serving and always messing up orders. The first time we went there the serving was slow and could of been better and the rest of the time was slow. The last time we went there (today) our meals were missing the hashbrown (in all meals). And one time there was a fly in my brothers burger and only saw this because my he was taking out the pickles. Our family very reluctant to go back there again hoping as many people as possible read this / make your own choice whether to go there or not especially when we have another maccas in town that my family finds very hard to fault.

I purchased a meal where both the nuggets & chips were cold. That cold that they shouldn't have ever been sold to a customer and clearly must of been sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time.

Management offered very little empathy for this poor experience and is no wonder why junior staff are so poorly trained.

Avoid this store!

Very busy wrong order twice before they got it right having said that staff very young and inexperienced they all doing their best i am sure they will improve
