McDonald's Mount Gambier East SA

Food was great, coffee was even better, the service through drive through was a little slow though.

I really can’t wrap my head around the poor quality of food and service of both stores in Mount Gambier. And you’ll never get an apology for a wrong order, more likely an eye roll if you dare to politely ask them to fix it. The amount of times I had hair on my food.disgusting. Today, I ordered a chocolate milkshake and been given a cup with plain soft serve. After pointing it out, I got told (more like gaslight) that it doesn’t look like chocolate but there is chocolate inside (apparently) I drove around the corner and taste tested.as I said, plain soft serve. Came back to ask for a refund. Lady who appeared to be the person in charge had massive attitude and of course, no apology whatsoever.

Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot - so slow, no body taking payments in the drive through and 20 min wait for food

27 minutes for a large chips and frozen coke.
7 minutes for a frozen coke and bottle of water (19/1/22)

Always very forgetful always have to remind them about toys for my son's happymeal or for promotional items, pretty poor effort

Not even half a star! Go through drive-thru with the amount of mistakes and having to drive back, no compensation for their mistakes! I won't be spending any more money on this multi billion dollar empire! Shocking! Disgusting! Waste of time and space!

I've always had great experiences with this McDonald's my orders are always correct. Only downfall and this is all drive thrust here in Mount Gambier is long lines. Also using the app saves time.

Always super slow here! Don't be in a hurry even just for a coffee, it is easier to go to the servo across the road.

Maccas jubilee hwy east has got to be the most incompetently run store in all of Australia probably Australasia. U can be the only one in drive through and still wait 15 minutes then find out that they have screwed up the order and this isn't just once off its consistent its a shame really I've learnt to always go to the main maccas in Mount Gambier as its a grade A store, even if there's 20 cars in drive through ull get served quicker than the east store and get what u order. What's the go maccas

The last few times I have been there food & coffee has been served cold & almost every time there’s something missing from the order, not really good enough.

Service as usual was slow. I almost went around the counter and served myself. Got the order wrong again as usual. Maybe some staff training would help. Amazing how the McDonalds 2 minutes up the road has great service. This one is an absolute shambles of a place

Friendly and very very fresh little slower than the other Mcdonalds but worth the wait the food is very fresh and made right.

Took over 25 minutes for my big Mac and a double cheese burger. So disappointing, the food was average for my wait.

Extremely pleasant pit stop on our day out. Pleasant young lady served us very quickly. Restaurant was clean and not busy. Toilets were spotless.

Filthiest "restaurant" I have ever been in. This includes anything from Bali to Thailand. 1 other order before me and still took 10 minutes for food to be prepared. Left me feeling like I needed a shower afterwards

Worst McDonald's in the country. Never seen anything like this poor standard in my life! Every single experience I've had here had been atrocious. Absolutely no apologies for their poor service or mistakes. Could employ a group of apes to do a better job!

We used the self serve boards to order our food and then waited 15 minutes at the registers to pay even though we were the only ones waiting there, because no one was on the registers.
Out of all the tables four or five were occupied and the rest only a handful were available to sit at as the rest had rubbish left on them and hadn't been cleaned.
Food didnt take to long to be ready, chips were nice and hot, soft drink was good but both burgers were mildly warmish.

Friendly staff but service is slow.
Indoor playground for children.
Wheelchair access and parking is available.

We as a family enjoyed our visit to the new store. Food etc was fresh and tasty and served by pleasant people. Wewill be back.
