I've never waited over 30 minutes for McDonalds breaky order. Ridiculous.

The whole idea of fast food takeaway is to grab a qui k bite and get outta there. I quite literally watched everyone who was dining in wait at least 30 minutes for their morning orders.

Theres was some stupid little ginger i think his nametag said "kalan" in the back of the kitchen, he was yelling out to me and my family saying racial slurs infront of my 2 young children.this is outrageous behaviour, mcdonalds should be a fun place for kids to be in a safe learning envionment.

Went through drive through and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal no pickles add bacon and a hash brown on the side. Had to go in once to get my hash brown because it was missing then after we had left and I opened my burger discovered there was no MEAT. The vital ingredient in a burger. Won't be returning because that's absolutely ridiculous

Nice store.lots of parking. Long wait for food when we stopped just before 10pm on a Saturday night

Drive through so atmosphere didn't rate. But awesome in all aspects of drive through expectations. Service was prompt friendly and informative. Food was fresh and amazing. Can't wait to go back and get it again next time.

Horrible food quality cold chips burgers and wraps right after watching and getting it not satisfied

Worst McDonald's in town. Toilets are filthy and food is average (even for Macca's). Inside restaurant isn't much better, needs a good hose out.coffee is hit or miss. My advice - Goto other McDonald's in Mt Gambier - higher strike rate of better food.

Just don't even buy the potato scallop/cake thing they are bleh hahahaa just Goto a fish n chip shopp saggy non crispy things

Staff very rude, didn’t listen to order properly and messed up order. When asked why items were missing she said she would check but just walked off and never come back, been here multiple times for work and terrible service everytime

Definitely not the best experience of a Mc Donald's. Service. Food definitely not up to McDonald's standards.

Only person there and still had to wait with staff and manager standing around talking and staring

Store dirty. Tables not cleaned. Floor extremely slippery. Several Milk cartons in cafe open on bench. Dirty sticky counters. At least 12 2 litre cartons of milk in crates on floor in cafe unrefrigerated. Noone working the front counter. Order touch screen couldn't take payment at it. Manager was working on the line making burgers. Fries station absolutely filthy. More fries on the floor than in it. At least 7 staff working in kitchen and drive through with only one car for the twenty min that I waited for a chocolate sundae.
Terrible customer service. Will not be going back to this store ever!

This store would have to be the most consistent at getting orders wrong! We have frequented this restaurant on many occasions and I would have to say that at least 65% of the time there is something wrong with it. And a lot of the staff need to stop and actually listen to their customers instead of thinking they know what the customer is saying.

Waited 10 mins before we could even get to the order box, were told very rudely McCafé was unavailable at the moment.no signs up anywhere. Forced to wait in the drive through for a further 20 mins just to get out. While finally driving out, we seen a staff member steaming milk and making coffee. I assume they were short staffed and couldn’t be bothered running the cafe.

Absolutely disgusted with the “service” at this McDonald’s.
When my child cut themselves on equipment in McDonald’s earlier this year they were refused a Band-Aid twice by workers. I lodged a complaint and received a follow up call from the manager with an apology

But it seems the issues with bad service runs deep. We stopped to claim some of our McDonald’s freebies. I ordered a McFlurry on the app - walked in to find it sitting unsupervised on the counter where anyone could have interfered with it. My daughter had a small frozen coke monopoly win - she got that. I had in my hand a small McCafé drink - I was refused. Why? Well the workers didn’t actually bother to communicate that directly with me. Apparently I’m meant to understand their vague conversation with each other that some screen issue or computer issue had occurred. Now if I was planning to pay for something I would have understood - but I was claiming a voucher - that was in my hand - that they could have just made the small hot chocolate and processed it afterwards
Yes I was angry and annoyed because while my kids each ended up with something I had nothing. Nothing but terrible service from young workers who can’t even be bothered explaining a situation to a customer.
So it’s unlikely I’ll get to claim my voucher now - I feel more annoyed as over a month ago we did a large order and got 1 Monopoly ticket in total from the same store. A complete rip off.

I got a cheese burger happy meal and was discriminated against because of my age, I was not presented with the toy in which I payed for, what a disappointment. For all they know the happy meal could have been for a small child at home (it wasn’t). It is more like an unhappy meal now.

Done an online order last night. To ask if it was all there. The person replied with yes. The ticket on my burger was ment to be 2 classic chicken which I had paid for only got one. This isn't the first time to get stuff missing. Then after using online I then had to wait in waiting bay for ages after being in drive through for over 10mins

Not overly impressed, something about the layout just doesn't work, the service is fine but the building design let's the whole place down.

The worst experience l've had at a Macca's and l've had a few ordinary ones.tried to use drive through, using one of the two available lanes. Three cars were served in the other lane while l waited to be served without success. I then reversed and attempted to use the other lane to see multiple cars served in the lane l had just vacated. Waited another 10 minutes and then reversed to the car park to attempt use the restraunt itself. My passanger went inside to find the place understaffed on a Sunday with 2 youths who were clearly out if there depth and overwhelmed.
It took us almost an hour to purchase 4 very small soft serve cones.
Extreemly poor staffing by management.

Gnarly man! Very good food! This is the first time I've been here and I must say, I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of food I was served. Shame on you Batti BOI!
