McDonald's Fulham Gardens

Ordered McDonalds Fulham Gardens via Uber Eats, order took 1 hour and 10 minutes (email receipts time stamped), our Uber driver stated they had to go inside and speak to the manager regarding our order. Receive our order and everything was a mess, large fries half full and my M&M McFlurry with extra M&M’s, a flake and chocolate fudge came as the photo. Extremely disappointed that McDonalds couldn’t deliver on the one job they have.

For the third or fourth time I asked for a chocolate frappe and received a coffee frappe I’m allergic to caffeine. This is happening too often I’m not the only one that has received items that they’ve been allergic to, you are literally going to kill someone because staff can not read orders correctly.

Honestly this Maccas never fails to disappoint. I ask for extra salt and it’s like they took every grain of salt OFF. One time I asked for a McCaesar wrap and got a McSpicy wrap and I’m allergic to spice.good sauce though

This McDonalds is bloody useless, not even joking went there 4 times in 4 weeks and got all 4 meals wrong and the staff are rude!

Worst service ever food always Luke warm or just about cold when meal is passed to you and any extra food items you may pay for is always forgetting about it. I'm sick and tired of always calling them to fix the order and drive all the way back for the correct order know I drive the extra distance to avoid this mcDonalds.

Total rip off. One star is generous. Ordered big mac to be given chicken nuggets concealed in big mac xtra small box.never to this place again

Worst service at any maccas in Adelaide. Hard stale rolls. Waited 12 minutes in waiting bay. Had to go in to get food. Surprise surprise, it was all cold

I ordered cheeseburger happy meals for the kids - I received a cheeseburger and a small drink for each. No toys. No fries. They also couldn’t remember to put in a large fries. Do not waste your time getting delivery as you WILL get ripped off. Ensure you go in person to show the morons how to do their jobs properly.

Go through drive through. And they skip us and serve multiple cars through the other speaker. Then it takes 20 minutes. AND IM STILL NOT AT THE POINT TO PAY. I've never had worse service ever before.

The food was cold. The tables etc were dirty. There was no cleaning of tables or any surfaces. Lacklustre and dis interested staff.

Dropped in for a coffee, was served quickly and politely by the wonderful staff, the coffee was good as expected.

I liked the variety of seating there’s a nice seat by a window that will catch the morning sun while you sit and read the paper over breakfast or just to sit and embrace the atmosphere while you ponder why a large fast food chain only has only one toilet

Just had the worst burger. Dry and Slammed chicken, wilted lettuce, no dressing and dry bun. Comeon give some training as i cant waste money on your pathetic burger.especially Fulham garden store.

Worst McDonald's in adelaide, always get orders not done right, items left off, went in drive thru today and speaker wasn't working, drove to 1st window an was told to redrive around an do it again, pathetic service

Had to wait a long time to get my food and they told my friend he had to go through the drivethru to order his food when he was already inside.

Made me wait over 2 min to go get a landfill of cherry tomatoes that turned out to be half frozen

Today I was charged $10.15 for a grilled chicken salad that consisted of four squares of chicken, two slices of tomato and a handful of white cos lettuce. I would have paid less at a cafe. No dressing. No cutlery.

I ask for a hot chocolate, cappuccino and two blueberry muffins warmed up. Both drinks were not even luke warm and the muffins cold. Very poor effort considering the price I paid.
