Dirty floors overflowing bins. Dirty tables and non cleared or cleaned poor atmosphere for obviously understaffed venue

Pretty slow. Staff standing around chatting with other staff just finished instead of getting on with customers orders

This place must have the most incompetant employess cant even read an order off a screen and pack the right stuff, countless uber eats deliveries have been wrong.from stuff missing to just stuffing random bits and pieces into it that didnt even order and food that was probably fresh 4 weeks ago.do not recommend

Got delivery, half of my order missing, no one will answer phone. Customer service is shyte.

Not always great service staff can be rude and dismissive when an order is incorrect and they usually don't want to fix the mistake and can be rude about it and orders are usually never correct or take ages to be ready, the icecream machine is pretty much almost always broken even on cold days so my son never can get what he wants, sometimes the burgers aren't great to

No ice cream and had to wait in the "wait for your food parking" for 2 frappe. I understand things can happen out of your control, but a Friday afternoon and can't do ice cream and takes 10 mins to do 2 frappe. Luckily it was a good one.

This is a good place if you want cold chips and a cold burger. Someone who works at this place really needs to adjust the temperature settings.

Plenty of parking including, Entrance,
Clean facilities, pleasant and busy staff. Food and drinks available inside the Restuarant and via the Drive-Thru.

They don't have the GRIMACE SHAKE, like come on man. I really need it for my Tickle Tockle. My 4 Million followers would love it.

Worst service ever!: - (

Placed an order through the mc donalds app with delivery from Door Dash. We call the dasher to ask him if he could please check that everything that we odered was in the bag. He didn't understand much english and passes the phone to the mc donalds worker. We ask the mc donalds worker if she could please dobble check that everything we ordered is in the bag, because we can't go get it if something is missing. She says: "Sure, no worries, it's all good" and we are thankful.
When we get the order there is no dipping sauces! We ordered fries and nuggets and 6 dipping sauces and the sauces were missing?
Tried to call them and they wouldn't help other than we can come in and get the sauces or a refund for the sauces. So disapointing.

Never ordering from them again!

Wouldnt even put a one star… take your bloody open drive thru 24 hrs sign down and change your opening hours. I always go there and get the same bloody “we not taking orders” even though they took the money on my app. Put a close sign up on drive thru would be nice. CHANGE YOUR HOURS

This is a common site at Mcdonald's Fulham how is it possible for a company as big as McDonald let this happen almost ever day an leave it like that McDonald opens at 6AM and that when my wife and i get there so that could only mean it's been like that over night

I came here and I had to wait 30 minutes for my food while people who ordered after me got their food quicker.

Cold drinks packed with hot food even if it was hot so ice melted in drinks and stale cold hardly salted chips disgusting packaging and drinks straight down the drain will never drive there or order eats from there again no thought into it what so ever

Food was average. Chips cold. Drink with ice when asked for no ice. No coffee frappe again. Burgers just slapped together. Look like they were dropped then put in the bag. If u don't like ur job then find another one.

Would be great that if you order Hash Browns, they're served hot & fresh, not cool & stale.

Everytime I come by something isn't working/ the food item is wrong in one way or another.

Service was terrible. No sauce with nuggets. Hard muffin. Had to complain and manager was rude too. Never going back

One of the noisiest places to go for a quiet meal.staff shouting instruction at each other in the background, cooking alarms loudly and continuously beeping and noisy clean-up and tray stacking.

Fulham McDonald’s is worst place to order or drive through especially in midnights
