69 Waste of time going there at certain times of the night you just get turned away cause their “systems updating” or “you can only pay via cash”
Yet no signs or anything to let people know before they waste their time. No apologies either just “we can’t take your order” and silence
Really enjoy coffee frappe in this warm weather, been over a week an still machine broken, why not put out a sign up so people don't waste time coming in to get them? Idiots
Waited for 25 mins in the drive through. Disorganised, most of the time order is incorrect, cold fries. Not a good place.
Requested for a frozen coke to have no straw and no lid, to be filled all the way to the top as i only ever get 80c worth on my dollar paid and still they have the nerve to forget my request, not the first time this has happened, i expect better
Nice people working there that have the time to talk to you and help you put in an order on the self service machine
Ive been getting my coffee here for 3 months with no problems but when I use my rewards points to buy my coffee it tastes like cardboard I've had 3 like that now wont be going back
Poor customer service, the girl on drive through was very rude and disrespectful. She started taking our order and then went to another customer in middle and took another customer order and then came back to us after 5 min. She was not listening us and whatever we asked she said not available. We end up not getting anything from there even after waiting 15 min.
Dining area is disgusting. Tables all dirty. When I asked them to clean a table they cleaned that table and left the others dirty. Stains all over the doors, floor and order machines. Coffee was also luke warm. Never going there again. Seems like I’m not the only one that thinks so. You have been warned.
Terrible slow service, meals were obviously thrown together, dry burgers and little to now sauce. Juices with Happy Meal were not cold.
Outside area was filthy as was inside. Little to no hand sanitiser available to use.
Won’t be revisiting.
I was told to wait in the car park for fresh chicken. Got home and opened the box to find burnt chicken. I took one bite hoping it wasn't as bad as it looked, but it was dry as a bone This is fresh? You've just re-fried old chicken. I couldn't go all the way back to get my money, but honestly its the last time I ever go there.
Worst experience at a McDonalds yet. Firstly, not all the machines are working and the overhead menus/specials screens are not working either. Had to wait quite long qnd they were not even that busy. Received my order but got no drink trays. Cashier told me I can carry it as they do not give trays for only 2 coffees. When I got to the car and took ouy tye food, I realised I uad to go back as my toastie was not in the bag. Finally got my very dry toastie. Will not return even if they paid me.
Got ice creams had to wait 10 minutes they did them soon as I ordered and left them sitting for 10 minutes and refused to make new one when they were completely melted: (
They deliver the food to you without too much fuss. Sometimes the order is right too.
My kids didn’t want to play in the play area because it smelled.
I am uber driver. They wrote in description come throw drive throw but when we go in drive throw they say come inside. They just waist our time.
The worst customer service. I haf to wait almost 45 minutes for just 2 soft sever.
When asked the staff he did not bother to answer anything.

Took our granddaughter to Fulham Gardens McDonald's as a treat today. It was 5.30pm and the dining room was disgusting - not a clean table to be found inside. Ended up finding one clean table outside by the playground. Paid extra for bacon in my burger - no sign of bacon.
No longer a family friendly place to eat. Worst McDonald's I've been to.
Entered into Mcdo Fulham Gardens, rubbish bin was full looks like no staff was pay attension on the bin. We ordered and came up wrong items and lack of items has been served. Told the crew it was wrong but insisting they were completed, showed her the receipt and she brought us the item.
Been awake for 45 hours working and having a busy stressful life. So maccas coffee is the way to go and I always happy to come to McDonald's for it. However this McDonald's the staff are so stubborn, I asked can I get vanilla syrup in my cappuccino and it took them 5 attempts to say sure and they have it in stock, got my coffee no vanilla syrup, ruined my morning. If you can't understand people when they are trying to order don't work in fast food simple.
I got a chicken big mac and ended up getting a big mac which was half burnt with bacon and a beef patty, I cant even eat beef. What a waste!
Had to wait over 25 minutes to receive meal after ordering in the restaurant. Staff ignored order whilst they continued to serve Uber and drive through.took manager 20 minutes to ask staff what was happening. We were left to watch this happen as we continued to wait to collect order at counter.with kids in tow.
