McDonald's Felixstow

As a shift worker whom works nights I find it very annoying that EVERY MORNING between 1am and 4am I am unable to order food due to the 'system' reboot! Why claim to be 24 hours when I can never get food? Staff are less than helpful about the situation also with managers laughing and finding the situation funny

Worst place to do the Uber eats delivery, staff don’t care about the Uber riders not the customers. Doesn’t greet and are rude when asked for when the orders is going to be ready

Could take better care making their burgers. Last few visits the burgers seem very rushed, slapped together and missing ordered extras, as well as been slightly over charged, instead of charging me from the loose change menu. (didn't order through app. Order through drive through. Stating loose change menu items) wouldn't normally care great deal, but got real bad attitude towards me when I went back to drive through after waiting 10mins for customized meals. To bring up fact meals weren't customized as ordered.

A few of the self serve machines were frozen and or not responsive. Service was fine and the food was served in a timely manner.

Usually one of the better ones around Adelaide in terms of food quality. Never sure why ppl complain about all the workers being kids.its maccas, what do you expect.at least they are working for their money. If you wanted to be served by some high class waiter you're probably eating at the wrong joint (not to mention there is a reasonable chance that waiter started their career in some fast food restaurant).

Slow service, understaffed and no smiling service. I waited over 5 minutes to be served at cafe before moving to front counter to wait a further minute or two. If a counter is closed then put up a sign "register closed, use next register". Customers are unaware and no staff member had verbalised the issue until I asked if cafe was operational.
Poor performance by team members has left me not wanting to use this store again.

Worst service and run by incompetent kids not capable of completing simple orders correctly! Every time ive been to this store the order is wrong and we have to return or throw the food away. If someone askes for no sauce how fu@#in hard is it seriously!
Absolute joke! Hungry jacks isn't that far away and they seem to be able understand a simple order!

Garbage. Waited at the front to be served for 5 minutes as people just kept walking past (no other customers, mind you), no salad dressing on our salad, forgot about the coffee and toasty. Even though it's just a place to get some easy food, and McDonald's isn't known for being a gourmet restaurant, the service was pathetic and meal was pitiful. I'll stay at Holden Hill, at least they know what they're doing

Slow early morning service - guaranteed. Been this way for years. Needs MacDonalds central London management to run this store!

Horrendous service. Fries are 9 out of 10 times soggy and horrible. Bought a meal a few days ago and the fries tasted and felt like they were a day old! Always forget to put sauces that are asked for in the bag even after I check twice at the pick up counter. Would drive the extra 10mins to magill road the next time I feel like maccas.

The worst service ever.getting wrap with bacon when it supposed to be without bacon. Happened 2-3 times. Worker didn't even had knowledge that spicy chicken wrap is without bacon. Price is also way higher than the other macca stores.

Waited 15 minutes to be served in the drive through.got our order and the nuggest were served cold tough like cardboard.

Fast service and the usual standard of McDonald's food. Open until 12am with a 24 hour drive through.

Lovely workers both front counter and back my classic angus was made perfectly and the managers were extremely kind

Reallt no need to rate fast food. It is what it is. But fast food shouldnt be 15 minutes in a waiting bay!

Ok always a long wait for drive-thru, always have to wait in bay no matter what you order and chips usually cold

The other night I ordered through Uber and i didn’t receive what I ordered, MacDonald Felixstow was notified and the manager told me to return whenever to receive another sme order that I originally should of recieved which was nice so tonight I did and it was terrible, the guy making the frappe didn’t even care that it basically was just ice & no flavour and was only half full when he filled the rest of the cup full off cream. Never return here again

Just waited nearly 20min in the drivetru, unacceptable for a "fast food" outlet. I should've just gone to hungry jacks, better service there.
