McDonald's Felixstow

If you order from the app there is no mix ups because either the speaker drops in and out or the staff can kinda talk fast and you don't hear everything, other than that the food was quick hot and fresh from the drive through. An extra large fries makes every order better

This is disgusting, I ordered a small meal and it took over 25 minutes to get the order. The manager was constantly going on her phone throughout her shift and not acknowledging the urgency of places I need to be, nor respecting my time. Safe to say I will NOT be coming back ever again. This is truly despicable and unbelievable. Poor poor effort guys.

I’ve been to the Felixstow Maccas a few times to grab a coffee and the coffee is always terrible - it’s actually disgusting to the point of undrinkable. Tonight was no exception. It’s just watery grit. To whoever’s in charge day or night please train your staff to make a decent cup of coffee - Glen Osmond and Collinswood maccas both do great coffee consistently why? Because their baristas are trained properly equals satisfied customers. And so can you!

I came here because I read it was fast. What a joke! Noone at the pay window. My food was almost cold and tough? Reheated!

Floor and table can be a bit messy sometimes but I always order for take away, tastes still that good:)

Waited over 10 minutes in the waiting bay for an apple pie. Had to leave to go to work. Paid money fot nothing again! Always very slow service here. Fast food at it's worst.

I was at drive thru, awaiting from 15 minutes they did not answer. I went through front door thought they have technical issue. But they stated they are finishing earlier orders.seriously at least show courtesy to inform you customers.

I am annoyed that it's all self serve now, because it completely cancels out customer service. Standing at the counter making clear actions that I would like attention and all I notice is everyone's eyeballs down and avoiding eye contact with customers.

There were close to 7 front of house staff in bunches having a laugh, which is fine but I did need to ask for a table number and a clean table.

I don't ask for much, but with staff doing less at the front counter, I feel there should be more focus on the floor.

It's not hard to notice people leave a table and quickly clear and wipe so the busy restaurant can turn tables over quickly.

Also.what happened to the happy meal toys? A deck of trivial cards for a child who can't even read? Bring back the goodies

The better Mcdonald, staff all working hard, friendly service offered to carry the food, genuine smile. Came here 25th of July at night can't the same for other Meccas that I've experienced

This maccas night staff are sleepy buggers. Every day coming here to pickup Uber orders with drive through in the night time. They ask us to wait in waiting bay and then simply forgets that they did asked someone to wait at bay. Happend many times Every day makes 30 40 mins wait. Had seen many times that they make the order ready and place it on the counter dont bother coming outside and giving the driver food.sometime we have to knock on thier door to remind them that we are outside or After 30,40 mins had to come again through drive to remind them that we are waiting for food pickup.if we say something why are you taking too long they will have no respect for uber drivers bcs we are drivers not your customers. Instead the glyburn road hungry jacks staff are much better they never make drivers wait more then 5 mins. Kindly someone look into this matter.your staff is making the customer's order late, making food to get cold.which is effecting our rating customer will rate us down just bcs of long waiting times. If they cant come outside for giving the orders so open door till late for drivers to pickup from inside Thanks.

Very very very low customer managing. I asked to change my kid's drink in happy meal with a slushy and the customer manager charged me extra! Although slushy is cheaper than drink.

Working for Menulog, every time I come here to pick up an order I have to wait more than 40 mins, the restaurant should do something. The riders deserve respect.

We ordered a McSpicy Meal and some other stuff through the app before 4am, when we arrived at 4: 03 and they told me that they cannot serve me those things we ordered because it is breakfast menu time and we have to cancel our order. Then what is the meaning of ordering and paying online? And why do we bother to order it in advance and drive there for our pick up?

Have been a customer at felixstowe for over 30 years and Worst food ever after 6 months of not having fast food and being let down by Paul the Manager and his arrogance and stating that we should get the food out of our bin and bring it back to Paul and he would replace half eaten food. It shows how bad maccas hygiene and customer service has becone and the inconvenience order no 009 1457hours. Really disappointed, least Hungry Jacks hasnt let us down.
We ordered 4 large burgers were dry and rubbery the other 2 chicken and cheese there was mayo when we asked no mayo due to health issues. Nuggets we hard and not freshly made as requested. Chips where undecribable and not to standard. Drinks were great.

Stay away from this dirty place, 2nd time we have had food that has caused stomach problems NEVE EVER AGAIN, you take a risk eating from there.

Ordered (one) frappe through uber eats with this MacDonald's and I've been waiting over an hour bit ridiculous.

Really rude staff, especially in management. Constantly messing up orders, rolling eyes and sighing when asked it be as ordered. Place is dirty and unhygienic. Worst McDonald's around.

I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with chocolate instead of vanilla and payed extra for it but they gave me vanilla n food was cold

I ordered a medium meal plus free glass. The guy just handed me the bag without even looking. No drink no glass and when I ask him can I have my drink as well and he goes oh whatever!
I get bad experiences every time I go there. Never again! Avoid this place people
