McDonald's Adelaide Myer Centre

So I go to get a hash brown at Maccas. The manager serves me. There are 6 hash browns waiting to go. He walks off to the back kitchen to talk to the girl who is cooking nuggets. I wait 5 minutes for the girl who is making a coffee for the customer in front of me, finish her order then get my hash brown. WTF? It’s 8 am and you have 2 customers! More service less flirting thanks

Fries were saltier than a dry seabed and tasted older than my granny; although I probably shouldn't expect much *cough* just as expensive meals as places on Rundle Street *cough*. Whole place smells weird, like old and damp?

I should not have to ask staff for napkins to clean down the table before my kids and I could eat our meals. This tarnished an otherwise enjoyable experience, the service from staff was friendly and courteous.

Although the service is quick.they hardly ever deliver the right order. Its happened quite a few times.
Once we picked dinner for kids at night.and when we opened the pack at home we noticed they'd not included my elder son's burger! Luckily we had food leftover at home!
Another time i got the wrong order inspite of literally spelling it out since the staff seemed lost and confused!
And today they had an offer for 24 nuggets at 9 dollars. Again when we came home and checked it was jst 18 nuggets. One or 2 short wud be oversight. But how can u NOT realize you're short of 6 nuggets? !? !?
And a couple of times they've conveniently forgotten to include the toys in the kiddie meal and then got offended when i checked and asked for it.
Its convenient that no one counts or checks the food pack properly on the spot.
Making a mistake once or twice is alright.but repeatedly.thats when u need l to train your staff to check the food properly. Its only this branch that i hav problems with.
Ppl order food when they usually don't have food at home. Especially if its dinner and we get a takeout, there'snot much time or option left for alternate arrangements. L

Waiting for food was short, however managers either talking to employees working or off work. Crew that either started or finished hanging in plain view of customers talking to rest of crew and managers behind the counter. 2 crew working hard in front they would get 5stars for hard work.
Place is trashed.

Good place and nice burgers, but make an order may take some time, because of the large amount of people in the mall, I tried also to order by the mymaccas application, but the internet speed in that place is ridiculous (I have Telstra), and I couldn't do it

Nice place, I got a Mc menu here and it was good as usual, I put 4 stars because there is no order screens, but only cash registers to make orders, which isn't a good option for who don't speak english. The wait is not too long and the staff very friendly, good place in general

This McDonalds is amazing. It has good customer service and good good. It is however a little small so you cant go there with a big group or anything like that. It's good when you're with your partner or just a small group of friends. It's very good.

It's way too small for the number of people that come here, everytime I've been lately it's been too busy and also can be left quite messy, probably shouldn't expect much for a fast food restaurant. Food is fine, Im definitely not a fan of chilling here though

We visited KFC first and found the food very average. Chips were cold and service poor. We ventured to Mc Donald's and were pleasantly surprised with lovely customer table service. Quick, clean efficient with fresh food.

Small store, which is always busy so it's hard to get a table. I found the staff were rude in general. Not my fav McDonald's that's for.sure.

Usually quite busy but that can be expected. Staff are friendly and my order always arrives hot and complete.

Weirdest McDonald's I've been in.hipster meets grunge complete with pigeons on the floor. Food was OK though!

Dirty and nasty. Lack of seating as well as fighting for air space against birds can be an issue

My feelings are hurt as the manger mel from kfc now works at maccas and was totally trying to smell my feet the whole time like go away mel you cake eater

The staff are always friendly & quick with their service and the food quality is quite decent. I like how the staff acknowledge your patience instead of brushing you off with other customers when the food is ready. And the restaurant itself is pretty clean. It takes a lot to keep a city maccas running smoothly. Kudos.

Great service. The young lady was very diligent in ensuring we were very happy with our muffin temperature as it was cold to start off with

I visited the Macca's store not long ago and very slow and sloppy service like snail's pace not impessed. I would suggest these school kids lean some customers service skills and learn about food safety standards.

Wow, truly amazing customer service. I bought a bottle of water and had a great experience at McDonald's Adelaide Myer Centre.
