So me and the girls went to get maccas before a tones and I concert and THEY TOOK FOR EVS

The meat Pattie’s were sooo undercooked and had no love ️ and my cheese was non existent on my cheese burger

Low key spookier and darker than the other McDonald’s but I mean the food is awesome yo as all McDonalds should be

Terminals to prefer food were not working, service was slow due amount of staff not adequate for number of customers, didn't get any monopoly vouchers as some items had none attached. They were actually pre-ripped from my containers not just not attached

They seem incompetent there now. They can't seem to fill an order proply there especially if it is a simple salad. The last 3 times I visited there ordering a salad at least one item was missing. The last time even though we paid an extra $1.60 for bacon and cheese neither were in the box and on top of that there was no dressing too. It also looks like it had been thrown together by someone who was blind. Unfortunately for us we were using the drive-thru and only realised when we got home.

NOT so great for moving about with a mobility aide but alot better than other stores. Bathrooms not so great unless you have help getting to the disability toilet is a no go other wise.fiid was okay have to admit the chicken burger at its fast food competitor is alot better.

To the girl who packed my Uber Eats pickup order on Sunday: you did a terrific job and u handled the bags with great care. Just learn to smile more and say "Thank you" and "you're welcome" instead of staring at the person in front of you. It doesn't hurt being more polite to deliverymen. Us deliverymen are people too. Atter work, we are your customers.

It was quite Busy around 11.30am, one of the Ladies helped me with the Ordering Touch screen, as I haven't used one before, Polite, Fast, Clean and will be back.

More cramped than the other nearby Maccas but it does what it needs to do, serve guilty pleasures: D

I don't know why you can't get orange juice or why when I order via menu log the only option is to get everything in a large meal. Really kills the wallet when trying to feed everyone.

It's okay as long as you don't have the pigeons flying inside and landing on your table whilst you are eating ️

Very bad experience

I ordered a box of wings and drumsticks, and when I opened the box there was instead a mass of leftover stuff that was not even fresh, and it was all put together from old unwanted food. Have never seen other KFC stores give bad service like this. Would give zero stars if possible.

The chick at the counter wouldnt give me a high five so lil cut but the ranga boy at the back made a good burger he should get a pay raise

Had a really good time here a few months back, store manager was very helpful, didn't catch his name.

Very poor compared to the other nearby McDonald’s. The lack of staff, dirty tables / walls and pigeons have wholly put me off coming again.

Service was ok but pigeons in the building and around the counters an on tables is a major off put

Its good, Could be better if they are no pigeons around flying which makes eating uncomfortable there. They really have to do something about the pigeons.

The place was really dirty and there was a massive wait but the food was good and staff were nice

On off peak hours they missed half my order asked politely to fix it couldn't do that the place is very unclean and unsanitary also their are pigeons all over the place even on tables

Worst meal ever had. Dry burgers, no sauce, seems like staff was in rush, threw chicken patty and salad between bun slices.

Rude staff, ZERO customer service

Trust me — burgers are better at.

Just experienced poor service. Staff did not ask me which size of meal I wanted. They ordered the large size for me.
