Firstly, I had ordered ice cream in a cone but the serving lady gave me in a cup and instead of replacing my ice-cream she just dumped a cone on top of the ice-cream when asked to give it in a cone.

My friend got FOOD poisoning from the double cheeseburger she ordered today she vomited TWICE and she could of nearly died and had to go to hospital.

Ordered via the app and went to the store, the staff checked my phone for the order, looking puzzled, and directed me to another branch that had already closed to pick up my meal. After reconfirming the address and inquiring again, the manager surprisingly told me that my order had been given to someone else, and they needed to remake it. After the remake, the rude staff member said, “Take it, ” but upon inspection, I realized one item was missing.

Throughout the entire ordeal, neither the staff nor the manager offered any apologies for their series of mistakes, displaying a complete lack of professionalism in their service

Pretty decent for McDonald's, service machine acted a little weird making a 6 look like a 5 and although busy workers were a little irritated when it happened it turned out fine

Always busy. Always packed. No matter what time u come in. Very hard to get seat most of the time and to wait around for the food in small area with full of people.
Make matter worst, u have to ask permission to use the toilet as it locked, and their toilet always dirty and wet!

The worst McDonald in SA. I have ordered a mcMuffin egg with bacon and a small long black this morning, and it took me 20 min to wait for the food to be served. The two Indian female who take the order didn’t show good manner to the customers. They even ignored the new order and serve the wrong food to the customers. I ordered a egg and bacon McMuffin but they served me a McMuffin with cheese and beef. Overall, I’m totally dissatisfied with this Mcdonald and the two Indian Female order taker.

Filthy shop with poor service. Such a shame. They don't see how dirty is this MacDonald in the heart of Adelaide?

I don't think much of there cleaning standards it smells of urine soon as you walk in the door it's a real let down to the fast food franchise.

Black hair in my food, made me feel sick. What’s up with people not wearing hair nets? This is unacceptable behaviour. Never coming back.

Really disappointed with the fries and hash brown. Not enough salts and the hash brown taste really off. Never been to a McDonald’s that bad. Big disappointment.

The worst slowest service out! It took 15 minutes to get my basic order of a bacon and egg mc muffin and 2 hash browns on Sunday morning. Only a few customers there, but the staff, what there were of them, were going at a very slow pace, especially an indian girl who didnt seem to knoe what she was doing.

Chips were undercooked. Extremely busy and restaurant seating areas not cleaned while we were there.

So the manager has just left the shop and screwed over the workers cause they need a code to place orders. Well done manager!

The manager gets back and laughs and starts blaming the workers around her.

Waited at the cash register for over 8 minutes without service, had employees look straight at me knowing i was waiting, then finally my mate leant on the counter so they served us.

Wasn't clean, lay out is terrible. The food is your usual maccas but the onion rings were very lacking, soggy and inedible.
