Mantra Hindmarsh Square

The acomadation itself I have no complaints about but the billing system and lack of warnings about it was terrible for a 330 dollar stay they took 380 (330+50deposit) then put on hold another 430 so I wake up three days later with no idea why I'm 300 overdrawn they need to tell you this and even then emphasise it because it's not standard practice here in Adelaide even among hotels in this price range so they had more than me call to question the charge

Very comfortable.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Great room and very helpful and friendly staff.

My family and I have stayed here a few times over a few years. Always comfortable and accommodating, clean, tidy, modern at a reasonable price. An easy walk to Rundle Mall and lots of good restaurants, cafes, wine bars and pubs.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The views of the square and hills beyond are absolutely supurb. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate my needs. Will recommend highly.

Very clean room on the second floor. Quite location yet still central to everything around the city.

The whole the whole state was excellent. Receptionist was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are bigger than your average hotel room, and you don’t hear the neighbours through the walls even though that Hotel is full it was very quiet

Total was large clean and had excellent facilities and was in a great location!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fuss free and tasty

We had a great stay. Park the car outside in street to check in and then drive to rear and park the car (fee applies). Great view from Park View Suit. Had an unexpected business meeting called at last moment - arranged for a later checkout to take that meeting call and this was no problem. Its things like this that make difference. Shopping nearby and plenty of placed to eat. Quite rooms. I will stay again.

Well located, well appointed, has excellent staff is very good value for money. Nikki in the breakfast and Hayley and Megan at reception all very well trained in customer service.

Arrived early from our train trip and the hotel was so helpful getting us in early. Great location, very clean and great staff.

Good but could be better!
For a hotel, there were the usual amenities. The room was quite spacious. The staff were very friendly.
The bed was not that comfortable. Very bouncy. I found it difficult to sleep. The sheets were not put on very well either. Kept getting all twisted. The tools was broken to so would just continue to flush if we didn’t manually fix it each time but removing the lid.
The lady at the coffee shop at the entrance was quite friendly and helpful. Makes a nice coffee too.

Great Hotel in a perfect location.
We always go back to Mantra Hindmarsh great location and the outlook on the square. The staff are lovely more than happy to accommodate any request

Everything about this accommodation worked. From the exceptionally friendly and organise front desk staff to the excellent room with the space of layout an appointment in close proximity everywhere what a great place to stay

Stayed for 11 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Best decision ever! The location was near to everything we needed. Very clean and friendly staff.

Mantra Hindmarsh group crane accommodation. The service Was friendly and our ACCOR membership provided an upgrade. The accommodation was very close to everything in the CBD. Departments are spacious and well appointed. We will stay again!

Disappointing as we didn’t get the room we actually booked of 4 adults with 1 double bed and one twin single beds. With unhelpful staff forcing us to pay a $40 upgrade (to still get not we booked for) or a $250 cancelation fee. Very disappointing. Not to mention mention staff at a hotel NOT wearing face Masks, which is currently a law is South Australia.

Didn't get the requested room. Checked in and out 2 weeks ago and haven't received my bond back yet. Never going back.

Good location and rooms free spaces and quiet. Enjoy this location, room spacious and quiet. Great little overnight get away

We had a wonderful stay. I couldn’t believe there was a dishwasher. The rooms for very well set out and very clean. There was no noise inside or outside. The curtains blocked out all the outside lights. We would definitely stay here again! It was very central to Adelaide CBD.
