Mantra Hindmarsh Square reviews
79This specific review is for the restaurant DJ'S, that's is linked to the rwsturant and doesn't have its own place to review.
Fantastic location in tge CBD. Rooms were great. Facilities great. Parking needs to be improved, very confined and not suitable for large cars. Overall happy with The Mantra Hindmarsh Square SA.
A pleasant surprise large size rooms very clean. Centrally located with parking available at cost. Restaurant on site and bar. Site serves brekkie lunch dinner. Plenty of local food close by and supermarkets if you want to prepare your own meals in kitchenette
Clean, well appointed apartment accommodation in a great location. Easy walking distance to many attractions in the city. Good location to stay when Fringe is in town.
Stayed 3 nights. Good service at reception, also good room service by cleaner. Great location.
Booked for 4 adults with two bedrooms, but one room with double bed, one with a single bed, the 4th bed is foldable and sar at lounge temporarily.
The apartment is very small, not really suitable to family more than 3 people.
Also can smell the kitchen which on Ground Floor.
Rooms were ok. No water in rooms, had to buy it. Also my wife needed Panadol for a headache & reception couldn't help & we had to go back into the night to get it. I found this odd, particularly when the room was $500 per night. Parking nearby was only $16 per night
First of all, Mantra brand must be rated as 2 star. I stayed with my family for 6 days in Matra Hindmarsh Square Adelaide. After the check in I found the Safe wes broken and I did inform the reception and nobody came to fix it. My hand soap were finished and room service didn't even bother to refill. I have requested numerios times to vaccume the place and room service ignored the request for the full length of my stay. The couch in the lounge was very dirty and once you sit, Ur whole body will be itchy. The day I was cheking out, I did mention again the reception lady and she just said "Next time we will do it better". She also mentioned " Thanks for the feedback". Then I realised she doesn't have an active brain. It was a complaint not my feedback. But the guy called Sham was a gentleman. Very kind. Unfortunately I did complain to those ladies who works at the reception. All the travellers please avoid Mantra hotels. This was my 3rd stay in Mantra Hotels and Never again.
3rd time stay now and they still advertise 24/7 room service and promote the restaurant even at check in. Lucky hungry jacks is down the road because the restaurant and bar are always closed! Only open for breakfast. Very disappointing.
Expensive and over rated. Only thing is good location.
Great stay, the staff fantastic great service Room was very clean and spacious thanks for housekeeping department crew.central location in CBD, easy to get around by walking
We stayed at Mantra, great location. We loved breakfast and the lovely lady remembered us and our coffees each day
The apartment was fine. Really firm beds. But so noisy paper thin walls you could hear your neighbours conversations and doors slamming 24/7
Bar open Tues - Fri for 4 hours a day
? Weird. Ps we are Accor
members
Room was very clean and spacious, toiletries supplied are vegan and very good, gym seems to be on the 5th floor which can cause a bit of noise on the 4th floor
Fantastic location, friendly staff and great breakfast. Our go to for Adelaide accommodation.
I will always remember this hotel by the very tall, wonky tree out the front. Looks like something from Dr Seuss!
It was a very comfortable apartment for our family break. Short walk to good restaurants. Helpful staff.

Great location, near to bus stops, tram and shopping mall. Basic stuffs can be found in the room. Professional staffs. But has a very loud slamming door which disturb us especially our baby all day + thin walls that you can hear people talking. Hope they can advise the visitors to gently close the door.
Booked this hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised!
Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms very spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, good view over Hindmarsh Square and not noisy at all. Only a short stroll to Rundle St and Rundle Mall.
Parking on premises but if parking over the weekend use the UPark behind, $14 flat fee all weekend if you don't leave and book ahead!

Definitely recommend. Great amenities and service from the reception manned by friendly and helpful staff.
Clean room, great views at sunset, and very convenient location. Service was satisfactory. Personally abit bummed about the tiny gym as I couldn’t use it once during my stay with the <2pax ruling for covid.
Fabulous place to stay.
Everyone was wonderful. All staff we met were very friendly and professional. Nikki on breakfast was great.
