Good evening to all of my guests.
I owe you, all an explanation.
In regards to the closure off our
LaCucina caffe
In Woodcroft shopping Centre and mall.
It was jeopardised, by the landlord bullying action, we suing him in court for what he done to our hard work and our business name.all I can say we taking him in to court And we have all the legal in our side, wish us luck

Well, no menu only a breakfast menu. Warm house water we had fish and chips. The fish was frozen very watery. Now I know there was no one in there.they advertised pizza but don't sell any.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalled by the treatment from the owner today. We had a group booking of 10 for a staff party which had been confirmed twice this week leading up to today. When we got there the 1 girl that was there was very confused and said they didn’t open for another hour- yet she checked the book for us and confirmed our booking was in fact for 10am- the time we arrived. One of our group spoke to the manager and asked if we could still be seated as it would be near impossible to get a booking for 10 people at this late notice on a Sunday. After a brief discussion the Owner* over the phone told her to “get her “Sl#t friends out of his cafe”.

Absolutely appalling for a Burnside cafe. I do feel for the girl who had to deal with all of this as it was clearly not her fault.

I recommend anyone considering this cafe to take your money elsewhere- highly recommend babaloosta on Glynburn Rd who fit us in on the spot- impeccable food and service.

Will not be visiting this Cafe again as and will be advising others to steer clear as I would not want to support anyone with an attitude like his or can use the word Sl#t to customers who he hd not even met!

Well what can I say other than extremely disappointed!

Looking forward to spending time with my family to celebrate Mothers Day, we went to La Cucina for lunch.

Antipasto was served with no bread, but rather 2 freezer burned taralli’s with two singular olives in the middle.

Hoping our second course would be an improvement, all 3 “charcoal grilled chicken” dishes were definitely not charcoal grilled… more like slightly re-warmed in the oven and even after being clearly cooked prior and reheated was still completely undercooked being pink in the middle and inedible.

After raising this with staff we were offered 2 free coffees… after pleading our case they decided to give us 1 extra coffee - thanks, I guess…

For all this we paid $55 PER PERSON and to make matters worse they charged us a surcharge fee for a public holiday rate, since when is Mothers Day a public holiday? !

Now it makes so much sense why there were so few patrons.

Will never be going back, completely ruined the day.
Would not recommend!

I went a couple weeks ago and I won't go back there. I ordered a soup which was good but I didn't like the service.
Firstly I waited quiet a lot at my table and no one came to take my order so I want to the bar.
One of the waiter told me to not carry the menu in that way because I was damaging it
I asked a fresh juice and they told me that they have only in bottle, so I ordered it but then I saw that table next to me had a fresh juice.
I need to ask for cutlery because after my soup was served I didn't have any spoon. The waiters were so busy that I needed to stand up, they didn't hear and saw me when I was calling them.
The staff were stressed and I could feel it.

I really like eating with a good service, it is part of the experience and sorry it was terrible.

Overpriced! $22 for a bowl of soup? $17 for a cheese & ham croissant? You are a very basic cafe in a shopping centre, not a 5 star restaurant.

Appalled at hearing one new staff member today being told by another waiter “if you do the wrong thing I will get very mad at you “! And “start learning better English as you are very bad “! What the? Major bullying in the work place right there! Reflects on the owner to have staff treating other staff in this manner. Bad culture. Speaks for itself when, Friday lunch time until almost closing, hardly 4 tables with patrons at them the entire time we were there.
Better options elsewhere.

Food is always fantastic and tasty! But their coffee is next level. One of the best I’ve had in Adelaide. Staff are polite and accommodating!

My wife and I loved the food, the steaks came cooked exactly to the order. Friendly service, nice location and lighting.
Wide choice of wines.
You get good quality food cheaper than most other restaurants, and most importantly in enough amount to make you feel full.

Coffee was very good but I don't understand why there is a 15% COVID surcharge on ALL sales, every day of the week. Won't be going there again.

Sadly morning one of a trip to Adelaide.taking my brother to breakfast.burnt eggs and bacon.when you deliver feedback on the dispointing breakfast after being asked how was everything.you told by the waitress you being angry and she did not cook. So sad that a response to a question in a public forum is considered angry.feedback is subjective.you place your order. They take your money.then you wait more than 25 minutes.for subpar food.

Will never recommend this establishment for any concept of customer service or quality.

Worst ever restaurant in Adelaide so far in personal experience.
Tried to charge 42.76 for 20 dollar breakfast.
Obviously this is not a mistake.
Would give lower star rating if available.
There are plenty more better restaurants.

The wait staff were lovely considering that they are working for the rudest person I have ever come across. I was lunching there with a friend. We ordered our meals together. Her meal came within 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked the waitress if mine was coming. She went to check and came back 10 minutes later and said it was just going in to the oven. As my friend had almost completed her meal I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The chef refused and in fact was incredibly rude - obviously never heard the saying about the customer always being right. Despite numerous attempts to get my money he just screamed at me in my face, slamming his fist in anger on the counter tellinge that he was the best chef in town. So I walked out taking my finally cooked pizza in a box. I cannot in any way recommend this place unless you think that Basil Fawlty was a polite gentleman. Also we came for lunch and were told when we ordered that we could not order off the lunch menu and had to have a main meal as the aforementioned was too busy. One star is too kind.

Arrived for lunch but only when ordering were told we could not order from the lunch menu as Chef too busy! Had to order from the mains menu quickly and ordered a chicken salad which stated roasted root vegetables and got given mushrooms which I am allergic to! My friends meal did not arrive for 20 minutes after I had been served so she asked for her money back. The chef became rude and abusive so we walked out never to return!

BEAWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Then when asked how it’s that high, said it’s the surcharge
Owner came and said we are understaffed if don’t want order GET OUT
I said I want my money back
Then owner yelled saying here is your money and get out
When I tried to keep receipt owner threw the bank card at me
This is fraud and a physical abuse

Will take matter with police

This is AUSTRALIA. No one can threaten customers and abuse Customers

Very disappointing. After waiting half an hour for our food it comes out barely warm and w/ no butter for the toast. On top of all that they charge 10% due to COVID-19 apparently.

The first and last time we eat here. The staff were lovely but were poorly organised and informed. When we tried to order the person serving had to change twice. When the food came it was cold and when we mentioned it the chef came out and told us that we were wrong and if we didn’t like it, tough! The loud pop music didn’t add much either.

Poor service and a rude manager. Food was very average and heavy in balsamic glaze.coffee very average.

It's not often you go to a restaurant and witness the chef owner storm out and lecture customers over his cooking methods. As an owner, he should remain more calm and professional and realize the clientele keep his business afloat. My personal opinion, he reminds me of an Italian version of Gordon Ramsay.

Coffee is really good, the service staff are so awful, they don’t want to service you, I couldn’t 4 staff all chatting with one another behind the pizza oven.
The avoidance was rude. Your current staff are killing your business. Kindness always wins.

Today we ordered a pizza not knowing that we ordered the wrong one, as we do not eat bacon. After the pizza was served to us, I realised it was not what we wanted. When I asked the owner to exchange it for another pizza
(vegetarian pizza) that was the same price, they declined and said I had to pay extra money for it. Our very first time in this place and I was so disappointed. Don’t recommend this place.
