My first impression when I got into this place on a Monday morning is that the all-rounder person in charge was so busy that rushed everything gpr me to leave quick (there's no one else at that time with me). My coffee was barely warm because he rushed it. Costumer service was poor. And the croissant chocolate filling was not good.

I am a pastry chef, qualified from the French school Cordon Bleu. These are the best croissants in flavour and size you could find in Australia. We came to Adelaide for holidays from Canberra and couldn’t leave without having those croissants again, and again and again

I cannot recommend this place enough for small events eg birthday party, business launch, etc! Such a beautiful cozy setup and very kind and pleasant staff. The food was also very delicious

I had my friends baby shower high tea! Will was amazing and did an amazing job on the food! I would definitely recommend this beautiful cafe!

The decor, pastry, coffee and especially the famous croissant are so good and lovely. Beautiful spot in Norwood to stop by. I have been to this place multiple times and loved it every single time.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Sourdough bread loafs are wonderful as well.
Can't wait for another early morning treat here.

But One star less in overall because staff were inexperienced. They should need more training.

A little disappointing is all I can say. Everything was average no one has strived to improve the food quality ok is ok.

Great selection of patisseries. Everything is freshly made and delicious. This is real French food.
We have also bought many birthday cakes this year. 6 to be exact! Large selection to choose from. Our favourite is the Glory. Everyone liked it. Light and well balanced. If you have to try one, this is the one. My personal favourite is the Trio because I loveeee chocolate. The Strawberry tart is a classic and it's also delicious.
Everything is made with fresh and local ingredients.
We also trying the quiches. If you love mushrooms, buy his mushroom tart. Very nice.
But be warned, because all goes quickly. So when you are there buy it now, it may be sold out next time you go there.

If you have ever read my reviews you will probably realise my 2 main food groups are coffee and pastry, and given that I have been in the bakery and FMCG industry for some 25 years I can comfortably say you will not find a better proper French croissant in all of Adelaide. The coffee is definitely worth trying too, you need to get in early to avoid disappointment but beyond that it’s definitely one of the parades best kept secret!

Wet morning, so nice stop for morning coffee which was good. Nice staff. Wish the plain croissant was just a bit more flaky

Ordered a cake for my wife's birthday on a Wednesday to pick up on Saturday. Went to collect but was not made. Asked to speak to the owner but would not come out to face me.
He is a great baker but poor business man. No apology. Won't be back.

Go there if you don't want to eat. We went there for Valentine's day. The shelves were bare & empty
The waitress welcomed us but did not give us the menu. Waited for a bit & asked for one only to be told that they have nothing to serve except coffee. Seriously on V day? This was at midday. So poor & appallling!

Great place for croissant and coffee but Guillame also created an extraordinary birthday cake for my mother's 100th. Merci!

I mean the place sells out by midday some days and they close at 2pm this is just a testimony how good there food is. Another thing I appreciate is the owner is honest and down to earth but also very passionate about his works and really goes to show that the customer isn't always right. Rang twice to order a birthday cake no one bothered to call me back so went to Muratti on prospect rd instead

Friendly and helpful staff. Super efficient service, but we did rock up while they were tidying up to go home so maybe they were faster than normal! Excellent chai latte! And delicious tarts and pastries. We got an apricot tart, and the chocolate pecan tart which were standout. Definitely recommend you try this place if you haven't already.
