After more than a year trying almond croissants around Australia I can say that the best I have tried by far! Chocolate, pistachios and strawberries were are also incredible. Yes… we try 3

I attended a Birthday party here last night and can’t recommend it enough! The owner, Will, was extremely accommodating and friendly, the venue was nice decorated and food was wonderful. We all had a wonderful time. I’d highly recommend La Madeleine to anyone looking to host an event.

Such a delightful French Cafe located at Parade Norwood! They open early on weekdays at 6am! The Croissants are out of this world! So fresh and delish! The almond croissant, Pistachio Raspberry, Apricot custard all so yummy. I wanted a chai latte today but they have runout of chai so I had a Latte instead! Coffee at this cafe is equally good. Highly recommend to try croissants and coffee here!

Delicious French baked goods, served by French gentleman. Coffee is great too. Almond croissant and Pear tart are highly recommended.

Absolutely delight! Booked a family high tea and was blown away firstly how beautiful everything was, the quality and amazing flavour of the cakes and most of all, the hospitality of Will. A gem of a place. Will definitely come back!

Adelaide's best cakes. We always buy the hazelnut cake and the triple mousse cake,  and every time we are taken away by how delicious they are. The croissants are also delicious.

This was a beautiful High Tea for my friend’s Bridal Shower. The food was great and the atmosphere (decor and music) in the little open air room out the back was lovely. Great price point per head too. Thank you.

The server today was the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to in a cafe. He raised his eyebrows and rolled his eyes when we asked if we could have the food to eat in, and slammed a fork into the food. Then seemed like he was so hard done by to have to make one awful tasting coffee. Terrible service, will not be coming back.

I recently had my Bridal Shower at La Madeline, it was a wonderful day and the owner, Will was so accommodating and worked so hard with my MOH to make the day perfect. We had a high tea type catering including a mixture of savoury and sweet, the food was beyond impressive (French Croissants, quiche, tarts were just *chefs kiss*) and it was more than enough to feed everyone invited. The outdoor space was beautifully decorated and is a perfect space for a hens or bridal shower, I would recommend to anyone!

LaMadeleine is a must when visiting Norwood Parade. A delightful place for that regular morning coffee and croissant, Will makes the best cakes, tarts, croissants and quiches, as well as excellent coffee.
Having enjoyed Will’s fine French catering for many years, we choose a selection of quiches and croissants to cater for a recent wedding brunch. The feedback from guests was overwhelming A big shoutout to Will for helping to make the occasion memorable.

We got a Black Forest cake and my son thinks it’s one of the best cakes he’s had in his whole life. And can’t believe how reasonably priced it is. Thanks a lot will buy again from you

If you’re planning a wedding brunch, my tip is to use beautiful croissants and quiches from La Madeleine’s at Norwood. Choose from mushroom, vegetable or egg/bacon or choose the lot. The croissants are stunning including almond, pistachio/raspberry, plain, and more.
All of our guests loved the delicious fresh, authentic flavours. And there are beautiful tarts and cakes. Yummmm.

La Madeleine is my favourite! The best place in Adelaide for coffee, cakes and pastries. The cake "pleasure" is my go to I've ordered one for so many occasions.
Service is always super friendly and welcoming

Add it to your lists as I highly recommend this place.

Food and drink was amazing!

Unfortunately, they did not stop someone from vaping which ruined the whole experience.

The croissants were really good and the coffee was nice but the service is not the best. We ordered coffees and babycino. Our coffees came in time but not the babycino which we had ordered with the coffees. I asked twice about it and was told to wait. My child was crying through the whole time wanting his babycino which made the whole experience unpleasant. We finished our coffees and the croissants and as we are getting ready to leave I went in for the third time and asked for it, this time I was given a small cup of warm milk which is not what a babycino is. I understand that it was a busy time and only one person working but that shouldn’t mean that customers don’t get what they pay for. Also, a smile and an apology would have made a difference.
