They book your appointment and didn't let you in, on time. They give services too late.

A recent double appointment had me wondering whether making money is the bottom line in medical practice these days. The doctor was not happy that I was 10 minutes late and failed to mask displeasure which elevated my stress and anxiety levels (which were the issues I had come to discuss). This same doctor has kept me (patiently) waiting for up to one hour …… I have had several appointments here where I have felt hurried along …. And have spoken to other patients who feel the same. It’s no wonder stress levels, anxiety and depression is increasing in society when the very people who are trained to give kind and professional care now treat each human as a money making number …. Because after all “ time is money “.

I won't be going back because the reception staff are so uneducated, awful and rude. And the Doctors are no better. They have no people skills.

I had worst experience with this practice yesterday. First of all the front staff was so rude enough to tell us that bring your own masks and we had to wait minimum 1 hours and when we are asking how long we have to wait they are continue says I will call you…no good reason. I left the practice without seeing doctor. I am suffering from very bad shore throat, cough and fever after 1 hour dr see me and he says drink boiling water and Panadol this is really frustrating.
Pathetic service, very unprofessional behaviour. I wait for one and half hours for the appointment but dr only suggest to had hot water. I did not wait so long to hear this from the Dr.
I would not recommend this practice for anyone.

I thought I was going to get my scripts refilled and be on my way. However, i was appalled by the comments made by Dr Mehboob Patel. For context, i battle eczema and as an active 5"8 woman theres not much more weight for me to lose with some muscle definition. He mentioned that i "should lose weight", shocked i replied "i think im a healthy weight". Then he proceeded to say "the skinnier you are, the better your immune system". Dr Patel's comments are disgusting as it promotes an unhealthy way of thinking in terms of what it means to be healthy. Id like to give him some advice, next time do better, say something along the lines of "ensuring your eating a balanced diet with lots of fruits and vegetables is essential for your immune system which in turn can benefit your skin". Not something so triggering. I havent stopped thinking of what was said. I already have had troubles in the past with losing so much weight u could see many of my bones. Yet to some people's surprise, my skin didnt improve although i was super skinny. I gave one star for the friendly receptionists:)

Dr Michael Lee is negligent, useless and does not care about his patients well-being what so ever.

I really like the experience. The receptionist was really good and treated me well and Dr Patel is lovely. He was very kind in our consultation. I would recommend this establishment.

Much more than 5 * absolutely! My husband saw Dr Alex Jay for a "boy's procedure. " We had such trust and
confidence in him after our first visit.he was so friendly, obviously experienced, and he carefully explained the procedure - which went very well! Grateful thanks!

Also our sincere appreciation to the team there for his after care, Sam, and ESPECIALLY Elizabeth who is Florence Nightingale personified! Just such a lovely and understanding nurse for Dr Jay!

Dr lee is awesome.ive seen many over the 15 years i was homeless, actually wants to work with me to resolve health issues i ignored in the past. 3 stars because i cant communicate via email, dont want to waste their time with what could be trivial, and cant book an extended appointment online

This clinic is a joke, I waited for more than an hour past my appt time and the receptionist told me still has to wait for some more time. I would never recommend this clinic if you are real sick.

Have tried calling today to reschedule my appointment, but to wait on hold for more than 15mins is too long.

I am so happy with this practice. Have been going for 8+yrs. All the doctors are thorough and patient focussed. Never feel rushed. Handy having them open on weekends and allied health services available. Highly recommend!
Recently seen Dr Perera - Very knowledgeable and empathetic. Follows up and investigates thoroughly.

I would've very much liked to give more stars to the practice. Thanks to the correct diagnosis and care by Dr Ananth Tharmalingam, I can manage my health better. I haven't had any issues with the receptionists - but reading through the reviews and having seen how they treated some incoming patients, it's true that the service given could be better improved - undoubtedly, they're very busy but better courtesy and empathy would be much appreciated.

Dr. Patel is the worst Dr. He lacks empathy. I will never ever recommend anyone to see him. He thinks one must not be health conscious and do things beforehand. He thinks one must only buy clothes if s/he is naked.

Even call wait times are ridiculously high forget about about actual appointments. You book for 2pm and you get to see the doctor for 5 mins at 2: 57pm. You call to book for a tele appointment cause you can’t visit, you have to wait 30 mins to book the appointment and call gets disconnected after that. You book tele appointment and doctor calls you 40 mins after the appointment time.

Tried to book in an appointment as my son had an incident in
School and had concussion. But the receptionist said call after hours doctor and or go to hospital. She was very rude

I have never seen worst and rude receptionists anywhere in SA. Very unprofessional service. Don't go there unless you don't find any other place.

Not my usual GP practice however I think I’ll be switching over to them for future appointments 100%

I have never met such wonderful and professional reception staff. The two ladies working today are honestly credit to your practice.

Dr Matthew was great too. Explained everything clearly, friendly and again very professional

One note -
I was a little worried as I saw the appointment before me rocked up late and I thought the doctor would see her before me however but Dr Matthew saw me exactly at my appointment time. Anyways long story short I think the lady was getting annoyed her appointment was running behind. Serves you right for rocking up late. You dingus. Be on time!

This is not my usual GP surgery. I booked an appointment for a family member on a Sunday, when 99% of all GP surgeries in Adelaide are closed.
There was an available appointment in one hour, I booked it and was seen by Dr. Chunkathil.
Both the receptionist and the doctor were very polite and professional.
Thank you for seeing us at such short notice!
