Kintaro Sushi

I was expecting a more welcoming atmosphere. Food was okay. Not sure about other seating but the booth seating was not comfortable.

Prime location but food is not that great plus customer service need to improve. Kind of disappointed.

Great Place, Friendly helpfull staff, Huge food selection & picture menu is great for people like us who aren't sure what we are ordering.

Solid range of sushi, rolls, etc… fresh and tasty. Don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot but I enjoy being left to do my own thing!

It was my first visit. I didn't like the customer service. The shari rice was loose, I barely managed to pick up with the chopstick without breaking the sushi. It's probably a place I won't tell my friends or go back to.

Great little spot for a quick feed. The prices have increased but the portions haven't. If you go at peak times, expect to wait but the staff are quick and attentive.

Just waited over an hour for takeaway sushi rolls. The staff were not fazed and not apologetic at all. They also got our order wrong and didn’t offer to fix it so we ended up paying full price for the wrong food that we waited over an hour for.

It was not busy. Staff looked to be standing around.

Just wasn't for me. But it is very well organised and service was good. If you like sushi you should try it

Where to start? The service, the food quality or variety? All appalling in short.
Not very good service from the time we sat down the chopsticks box was empty and the waitress didn’t even check that. I’m not sure how she thought we were going to eat the food with. We asked for chopsticks then after few minutes another waiter came with 30 non disposable chopsticks holding them with both hands one on each end which is very hygienic (NOT) and asked me to put the rest for him in the box. Then we ordered a Ramin soup to share. We asked the same waiter to bring two bowls and went and never came back. Then we raised our hand to him to let him know that we were still waiting he gestured with one finger in the air to say that I’ll be there in a minute but still didn’t come. Anyways we couldn’t eat the Ramin as the supposedly beef was full of fat. The broth had bad taste and noodle was still stuck together as if it was just taken out of a cheap back and put in the microwave to serve.
The sushi train belt didn’t have many options available to choose from. Many of the labeled sections were empty as the shop focus was on the online orders to fulfil rather than on the diners. It looked like a train with empty passengers.
The only positive thing that there wasn’t a waiting line to be seat but that made sense after our experience.

Great sushi and a nice atmosphere. Casual but not as loud as Sushi Train sometimes gets. Lots of flavour and thought in each dish.

Went for dinner tonight, soo great sushi good environment and great service. I'm so picky about food and I really like this place, I enjoyed so much my dinner. Thank you!

There wasn't much variety on the train, but we ordered various plates so found it great

The sushi selection and quality was good. We enjoyed the atmosphere here and great customer service from the lovely Jenny.

Love this place. It’s really great. The prices however do keep rising which is a little disappointing.

Went there yesterday, food was ok, but the table water glasses were all really dirty and not well cleaned.

Good staff seems hard to find.
Food was OK, pretty much a copy of sushi train.
No chopsticks, no wasabi, no soy sauce bowls on the table.
It took forever to get them.

Can’t rate the food because my order didn’t arrive thanks to Menulog’s delivery person taking it to the wrong address. Won’t be using Menulog again

The place is clean and busy. Food were so delicious and price was so reasonable. Definitely you want to check this place out!

Seriously, the food is good but the service is disappointing. Went there on a public holiday. It ran understaffed. Staff are not enthusiastic.

I love this sushi place, it was one of my favorite restaurants to take someone to, and just have a great conversation.
