Always a great time at the Gateway! Well stocked bottle shop, happy hours in the bar, and meals are awesome! Love the different themed nights too - schnitzel night, steak night, and then brunch on Sundays (deliciousness!) and kids eat free Sunday nights, or pizzas to take home
Courtesy bus on Wednesday and Fridays
A fantastic establishment for the town!

Omg could not rate this place enough! After we got turned away from the roadhouse a lovely lady at the front took us in with our little dog with no worries! Absolute life saver! She couldnt be anymore accommodating! Upgraded our room, we got a lovely meal and a sausage for our dog! Absolute champion this lady!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay?

Have had a few meals in the dining room and mostly, the meals were cooked well. However, the ‘salad’ is appalling and the plate was heaped with chips that were quite salty. There was small amount of salad which was mostly quinoa. If the hotel is not going to offer a salad bar, at least serve a salad that is a bit more substantial and appealing. For example, a simple tossed salad with lettuce, tomato and cucumber would be a massive improvement. It is also very disappointing that there is no bread served to the table. The only option is to buy garlic bread.
