71Very bad service today left waiting in carpark for twenty minutes then had to go inside to get my order.
They're attitude is discussing, they take forever to cook food estimated time 40 minutes and its absolutely rude
Left to wait at the window for some one to serve me for five minutes almost six. Reversing back and forth to try and get their attention. Eventually beeping horn. No response. Drive to end window for an apology to be told I was only there for 2.5. Strike three Salisbury.
Went to Salisbury for lunch today and there was a man and woman throwing food at 3 sudanese girls. As I've gone to leave i heard them- they were staring and yelling racist slurs and abuse. I had to give them a few kind words back in defense of the girls as no one stepped in, but disappointed the manager didnt stop it sooner and ask them to leave. I wonder how far it would have escalated had i not said anything.
In the past I have had no end of problems with this store. After a long break I bought a family dinner here and got everything I should have, all pipping hot and freshly made. What a turn around! No serviettes, wipes or spoon for the potato and gravy but I can cope with that.
Every time I go to this restaurant they are out of a simple item like tenders or wicked wings.
Poor management where they obviously aren't prepared for the usual busy times.
These are common items in their boxed meal deals.
Better off going to another store until management get their act together.
So much for fast food when your waiting on average 10-15 minutes.
Not very happy customer
Order a meal for my family and miss out on the kids meal. Don't expect much less after spending $40 on food to miss half of it. Definitely do not recommend. Can't do the one thing they are ment to. Put the stuff in the bag FFS.
Service was absolutely terrible, everyone was getting frustrated with how poor it was. Toilets were absolute filth, do the staff really “pay attention”?
Was going to dine in but every table was a pig sty, sad to say this is my local kfc definitely will be losing a lot of service not just from me but I’m sure everyone can agree, especially from word of mouth.
Restaurant has gone downhill.
I got home with my meal and was short a piece of original recipe chicken and 2 of my chips were not full.
Service was very slow. I was only customer at counter but I was ignored. Not even a "I will be with you in a few minutes". No napkins put in the take away bag.
