KFC Salisbury

What is it with KFC these days? There's supposed to be 11 herbs and spices and all I can taste is salt and maybe pepper.it's become very ordinary chicken in my view, they need to fix this and give the customers what they go there for in the first place. Otherwise we might as well go to any other chicken shop if there's nothing special about it!

Didn't take my order properly then got all rude towards me was happy to sort it out but the manager had to be a hero.

They have always given me good service here. It's KFC what more can be said? They haven't messed up a custom order yet either.

Quiet and nice area. Lots of birds around, not recomending eating outdoors. They've got my orders wrong but the manager was very quick to resolve it.

I stop by here now and then to have lunch with my mom. It's always have friendly staff and fresh chicken.

Went for takeaway tea. 3 piece box with 3 extra dinner rolls for me and a ultimate box for the wife. Waited 10 mins plus and once we got home found no extra rolls the chicken was leaching enough oil/fat that my bag of chips was swimming in it. The wife’s chicken in her burger was cold and had no Mayo on it. This will be the last time we go to this store. All the teenage workers are too busy discussing what’s on on the weekend instead of checking what is on the docket verses what is being put in the box.

Every single time i go thru the drive thru they ALWAYS forget something, they run out of coleslaw & say they will substitute with something else, get home it's not there, or forget something else.every time, & there's a couple of rude schoolboys working there, one who said "what" when i asked for the sauce that they "forgot". They can get stuffed, I'll go elsewhere in the future!

Got the 3 piece box with bread roll and can drink. When I asked the person taking my order gave me hot and spicy instead of original. Happy with that.

This kfc suffers from (previous experience) the same issus as this other one i saw.there is 2 lane for nbn user (online) and not enough for real person! I would like to seem some improvement in the leadership of company, who design the drive thoughts.overall the nuggies were tasty, and not a bad for the money! I suggest the new roads be eliminated for real people to be able to buy the're fries here instead.

Let me explain why I'm giving 1 star. (there is no option for -5 star) So todya I went to Salisbury kfc and wanted to order 10 chicken tenders. I had a offer in application but it wasn't working properly. There was a lady on the payment counter. I explained her that there is a issue with the application can you please take this order manually? She denied and didn't talk to me in appropriate way. As I had ordered the same food in Lawson lake kfc. I would never order anything in this restaurant for sure.

Very bad service I have 3 kids in the car 1 asleep and you can't walk to another till to take my order, because the eftpos is down.

Absolutely useless, always stuffing up orders and long wait times just to end up with bad quality food

Service is usually pretty good, not too slow. Drive through is quite narrow so be careful if you have a big car.

My app wouldn't work.when we got there had to wait over 10 mins for our meals.however they did up size our chippies

Varies in quality never the same, can never get the order right and I am willing to drive long distances to go to other stores because of it

Tables & floors were greasy & dirty.but worst of all the baby seats had rock solid food wedged into the corners of the tray, straps were greasy & absolutely unsanitary for young children to use, one staff member was appalled once brought to her attention especially after we watched another staff member "clean" & put away another high chair all she did was briefly wipe the tray, there was food still in the seat

Under staffed.means slower service and eating areas were untidy.
Don't blame staff. Blame poor management

This has to be the worst KFC in Adelaide on the odd occasion get good food but no consistency long wait times bad food and bad service most of the times!

I don’t blame the staff, but it’s sometimes quite messy. Generally because the fabulous people of Salisbury dont know how to put their own rubbish in the bin.
