All tables were dirty. Reported to Pricillia however 30 minutes later no action had been taken to rectify. If she moved any faster one may have thought she was alive
Me and my friend entered the kfc to buy a bucket to share.and my friend upon entering was immediately stared at because he was larger then the average human being.when we placed our order the staff lady rudely asked my friend if that was all, which I don't know if it was targeted or not.and upon leaving I heard someone say "Fatty" to my friend behind our back. Also the place was a pig sty
Very quick tables great. Couldnt find a thing to complain about. Girls serving were so helpful as i was in a wheelchair.

My urber for $34.00 was incorrect and yhen when I tried to talk to someone I got hung up on multiple times.
They take the fast out of "fastfood", the word fastfood is definitely not what i think of ' the staff are exceptionally slow at what they do.
Pretty terrible service if I put it straight. Once again, drive thru order tends to get zero service. They just serve restaurant dining customers sub-okay because they can't avoid getting complained if they don't serve okay. However drive thru customers get BAD service because 100% of the time, they won't get complains for their terrible service or messy/unapitising looking food. I bought Zinger Box and didn't even know what's in the meal, the person handed me a box, thought that was it and shooted off to work, I was in a big rush. Later, on dinner break at work, I opened the content and didn't see drinks, read the bill and I was ripped off $2.35 for Pepsi Max which I was supposed to get. So, went back to them after finishing work after 10pm and instead of being apologetic, the guy taking orders on drive thru was rude and was asking why I was coming several hours later. I bought his silly meal on the way to work and I was coming to them straight from work on my way home. Besides, can't customers expect a fair service without being ripped off when they don't know full contents of their order? Whoever is running this junk food shop should have class action by all ripped off customers. What a dodgy show!
Just had some of the best KFC I've had in a long time. Wicked wings were fresh and juicy. Popcorn chicken and chips also fresh and well seasoned. Yum!
Ordered cheap as chips bucket, no chicken available so can replace with spicy wings and strips. Meat was burnt and so dried up impossible to eat. Will never shop at kfc again. Refund would of taken 3 days apparently. How is it possible to burn chicken to the point it looks dehydrated! Very Poor experience and poor food management
Very badly organised restaurant. Management need to attend some courses on how to run a business. While the food was done in reasonable time, it was totally messed up with components of the meal missing and replaced with fries that we were not told about. And while I can understand the chicken portions can be hard to manage size wise at times it's pretty bad your tenders are bigger than some of the chicken in one of the meals. Very disappointed guys.

I could not understand the person taking the order. I got a dehydrated twister with mouldy slaw type salad on it and a 35$ bucket of mush. Absolutely inedible RUBBISH
Staff need training in customer service most of them are rude, 9/10 orders are wrong. Things haven't changed still stuff orders up even when not busy.
We like KFC but it was way too salty and this was not the first time. We will come back but a bit disappointed
Hot, big and tasty. Not words you would normally appreciate with KFC, but this time quite accurate. Service was great too. Place was pretty clean but needed a little more of a wipe-down to garner that fifth star.
Overall, a very positive visit for a late Saturday lunch.
If this place opens at 9: 30 then it should have food ready for the customers at our of the morning
Cold zinger burger. And missing soft drink. And chips l asked for extra salt had none at all. Went all the way back. Manager gave me the omitted pepsi. Didnt care less l went all the way back and had an awful experience and poor meal. Pay a premium for this food too. Not happy with the supervisers, cant care less response.
I just finished working a 14 hour day.
The young man that served me through the drive-through was understanding, polite and very efficient. Well done! The food was nice and hot, especially the chips!
