KFC Reynella

I just bought the 24 nuggets, from KFC reynella they were awful, normally they are nice, but these were soggy and disgusting, threw most of it in the bin

Had serious gastro after a meal from here. Have put me off all fried chicken and kfc everywhere. I had not touch any kfc for almost 8 months now: (

The store was very busy. Inside were peope waiting for food. There were also about 15 to 20 cars to go into the drive through. Inside. I ordered mine and was 9th in line to receive my order. I ordered one Ultimates box plus 1 piece of chicken, small fries and drink. When I got home, the Ultimates box was missing the piece of chicken. The store is so busy. I am not surprised if orders are mixed up. There were 2 kids front of house doing a great job plus probably 2 on drive through and the kitchen people. These young people need tobe commended for their cheerful service. They work hard. But I wish I got my piece of chicken. The other part of the order was for my husband. So for not getting a piece of chicken in my Ultimates box, i can only give you 4 stars.

Cold drinks, and salt on chips.it's not rocket science.

Also I know this isn't this stores fault.but bring back the crushers!

Food quality is amazing but avoid at all cost at peak times as drive through and dine in can require upwards of a 45min wait

Hadn't been to KFC in years due to a bad experience at another store but my faith was restored by a bucket of the best KFC I have had in years. Have been back several times since and not been disappointed.

Should have gone home and cooked myself. KFC has just confirmed for me for the 5th time, that KFC, is nothing like it was in the 70's, it has just become worse as the years gone by, such a shame. The Colonel Sanders signature coating has not stood the test of time, that is for sure.

Got 2 3 piece meals tonight and upgraded to a large, to which we NEVER received the large chips and didn't discover this until we got home.
Also no handwipes, cutlery or napkin.
Friendly staff. But really need to make sure the orders are right to start with.
Won't be going back.

My partner went in, had to wait 15 mins to be served and stuffed up our order.very disappointed with the service that was provided by the staff this visit: (

Service was hard to get and I was 1 of 3 customers waiting in an off peak time. Once ordered food was fast and taste great. I mean come on all those herbs and spices!

Service is gd. The only thing is make sure u check wat u get, coz sometimes they forget to put things in u hav ordered lol.

It's usually not too bad. Just another KFC.

Today though I was waiting at the drive through and saw the staff member use her bare hands to place popcorn chicken into a bucket.

That said, some of the staff are good.
Food is as you'd expect.

Poor service and wait times - pretty shameful to hear the kids behind the counter saying disgusting things about customers in the drive through while other customers were still in the shop.

Food is always great. The staff on the drive through can never get your order right. You can say what you want as clear as day but they still manage to get it mixed up. You always have to check your purchase before leaving the drive through because 7 times out of ten the order is not correct. Thanks

Used to be good. But now they are being stingy and cheap, would like to know why the removed wicked wings from twister box, and discontinued double renders box. I am truly disgusted

The worst KFC in the south. Extremely incompetent staff. We asked for a breast and received a disgusting piece of leg with hardly any meat, grilled chicken strips, we got tiny crispy pieces, and sweet and sour sauce, we received no sauce. We hardly go here because there is ALWAYS an issue. This place is a joke.

Very very disappointed. Chicken was over cooked and dry. I spoke to manager and they replaced the meal but when I got home to eat it there were 2 pieces of the order missing. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Has been a very good & popular KFC Store. Recently was refurbished - unsure if the same staff were rehired, but since the makeover, I get a sense that (some of the staff) just don't want to be there? !

Painfully incompetent. Used the app. Had to explain to the drive through which order was mine 4 times. Despite them initially claiming I had made a mistake, they eventually got it right.
