Just bought thr zingger box and it was absolutely disappointing and discussting the chicken peices were so dry they were inedible.

Your chances of getting any cutlery or napkins included in the box with your meal are about the same as finding a winning lotto ticket on the ground.
Luckily the chicken is finger lickin good, because you won’t be left with many other options to clean your greasy mitts after rummaging around in the box just to realize you’ve got no napkins yet again.

It is hard to get a perfect experience with kfc or any fast food. But this shop was good. Food was great. They have just done up the store too.

My order was not complete, which I didn't find out until I got home. Very unhappy. I rang to complain and the staff member was going to give me a credit via email, for a large mash potato and gravy next time I go there. Well that was the first time in years I had been there and why would I go back just to get mash potato? I should have been offered a complete meal! And guess what.no email with a credit anyway, and nothing in spam! I should have checked my order before I left the shop, but I shouldn't have to. It wasn't even busy in there! ️️

Newly renovated with ordering like McDonald's but easier to use
Zinger Crispy box was chosen. Burger really nice but the two zinger crispy pieces were hardly warm and the chicken was grey? Needless to say won't choose that one again.

Worst expensive chicken I've had! As usual get home with 2 zinger boxes that were dry burnt and missing pieces of chicken! Shame on you for taking hard earned money from customers! That store should be shut! Making kfc look bad due to employees that don't care! What's next food poisoning! Will never go to reynella kfc ever again! Shame on you!

Not happy, my son just went to get his dinner, ordered 2 x chicken pieces, original chicken burger meal & large chips, only yo arrive home to find no burger
When attempting to contact the premises, there was only the busy signal
The chips were also of poor quality

I think it's gotten cheaper over the years, however I often have issues with incomplete or incorrect orders. Make sure you check for drinks and cold sides before leaving!
Also I was really excited to try the new Hot and Spicy chicken but got eight pieces of Original Recipe instead - please just tell me if it isn't available.

The boy taking the drive through order needs a pay rise, very entertaining and very helpful

Absolutely appalling. Waited 20 minutes for our meal and they were giving orders to customers that came in after us!

I've not taken a lot of notice of KFC apart from family meals once every couple of months until last week when I bought a chicken burger from Hungry Jack's. No meal, just a burger, a pretty small average burger, for $10.95.
Two days later I thought I'd try a Zinger burger and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was much nicer and almost twice as satisfying and only $5.95.

As usual. You normally don't get cutlery unless you ask. Even if you get potato and gravy. Don't know how they think your going to eat it without a spoon? And 1 tiny serviett for the greasiest of all the fast food options out there? Still great chicken though!

Food is good but waiting time is off the charts if you walk in. They prioritise too much drive-thru and not enough walk in customers. Let's not talk if you are a delivery driver then you'll be waiting at least 25min

Ask for extra salt on my chips, told no problem, get chips, no extra salt. Now you might be thinking that’s a good thing but I have a medical condition where I need extra salt in my diet, as per dietitian!

Make sure you ask for fresh chips. Ours were disgusting and we were only 5mins from home. They were stone cold.

Convenient for businesses close by. I have my lunch here almost everyday. Swap between HJ and KFC. Not crowded.

Went to KFC for dinner as a treat today (don't go often) & I got original tenders box but I got salt with a side of chicken & chips! WAY TOO MUCH SALT! NOT very nice eating!

I ordered the family feast and only got 9 pieces of chicken instead of 10.
Bit hard to share when I needed 10!
I don't live local so I didn't go back to question my order.

Everyone knows KFC and products. Would really love the Vegan range. Unexpectedly great and polite service and very clean. Clearly a well run outlet

Helpful and friendly staff but chicken portions small.eg 2 wings and 1 drumstick in a 3 piece box.
