Real chicken Snitzels made in kitchen, not ordered in pre packed Snitzel was succulent and cooked to.perfection Really enjoyed my mea lk, and will be back with more friends

Normally go here as local to home but last two times my housemates and I have eaten here the chicken tenders where like rubber and inedible and had to throw away. Chips where good tho.

Good service and food is usually great, sometimes can be a hit and miss with the chips being undercooked/undersalted. Overall generally good restaurant with tasty food xxx

Chicken was good. Chips overly salty but every fast food joint is hit & miss when comes to chips. Consistency is key. Unless the customer asks for extra salt, don't put extra salt on chips.

A week later thought I would like to have the bucket. Bad mistake. By the time I got home just six minutes away the chicken was soggy, top coating was separated so DISAPPOINTED

Popped in for lunch while the car was serviced, tasty, well cooked and pleasant staff. Good sometimes food, just don't indulge too often.

This venue often gets orders wrong, so always check your order before you leave. Staff often forget to include serviettes, so ask for those too.

I have been here a few times and they have a habit of leaving something out of my order. Very disappointing and annoying.

Up till fairly recently I've had zero issues here ever, however the last at least 5 times I've visited have been poor, undercooked chips, chicken strips hard shriveled uneatable and wait times are very very long at dinner time

Staff is very rude.
We ordered online and picked up from Reynella and got home and checked wings were missing we call to store and girl was refused to do anything. She said we cant do anything about that.

We ordered online and picked up in store. The girl assured us that the box had everything we ordered. Went home and So much of the order was missing. After calling the manager, he just said we can come pick it up. There was just a “sorry” and that definitely was not enough. My suggestion is check and double check your order before you go home.

Always gets mine and everyone I know orders wrong in some way, then the food taste slightly blander then other kfc restaurants, 2/10

I regularly get an order with certain wrong details, such as asking for a certain piece of chicken and getting something else, or getting zero salt on the chips. If you come at a bad time the food may be a little stale but 85% of the time it is pretty fresh. Sometimes they will randomly run out of original recipe chicken which you would think they'd have an almost bottomless supply of.

Dinner time will be hell, as there's no real flow to dinner time traffic therefore service is slow, after finally being served however you'll get your meal within the minute only to slug through more traffic and enjoy a decent meal at high cost at home

Paid extra for sauces and didn’t get any sauces as given the wrong drinks, added extra items in my burger and didn’t get them either
When I called to let them know all the girl on the phone said was she can’t do anything to fix it didn’t offer a refund for those items

This is one of the best KFC branches. The drive through is super quick with great friendly staff. They sometimes miss something in my order but always fix it up the next time I order. My fav is the wicked wings and who doesn't love their chips!

Food missing from boxed meals, potato and gravy spilt all through box, no apology when I asked for them to be fixed, then the next lot of customers had to stand a wait while there was no one serving. Not a good experience here, won't be coming back here in a hurry!

I normally ask for extra salt on the chips because if I don’t they’re not salted enough but even when I ask for extra salt they’ve still got near to no salt on them, and when I got home I realised they have forgotten my popcorn chicken and I’m really disappointed I didn’t receive it as I paid nearly $6 for the regular and can’t just drive back to get them.

The workers are lovely but you need to put more salt on your chips and make sure the food isn’t so cold all the time! And I hardly have enough sauce on my burgers ever

Convenient location to transport hot to KI. So tasty that the boss's dog Neil ate the whole chicken piece box out of my ute next morning. I was slow to realise and did not get any!
