KFC Prospect

KFC, as expected for what it is. Good deep fried chicken.
Slightly annoyed that not all items were available

Chicken terrible, the skin was fallen off. No breast prices. Just a crumbly mess. Found hair in the salad shaker.
Never again from this store.

As long as they check the order before giving it to the delivery driver and never forget my wicked wings it's a good store.

Clean and clam. Lovely young staff. But food- sorry not good. Fries were soggy and burgers were not exciting either. No sauce, hardly and greens. First experience in Adelaide was not good. I've seen very good quality and standard in Pakistan kfc.

I rarely buy kfc but once again kfc prospect you managed to provide a nearly inedible meal. Chips so under cook you couldn't eat them. No more kfc prospect

I always get your meal wrong there slow chips are always cold And the manager that wears the scarf on her head is rude

Appauling customer service tonight no clue who's doing what only got half my order when I got home I realised and please put people who understand English on windows.

Food is what you come to expect from KFC and the staff are friendly and apologetic, when they often get the order wrong but when you live 10 minutes away it's quite frustrating you wither spend 20min going to get it exchanged or eat the wrong order

Quick service but forgot the following from a variety feast:
-popcorn chicken
-aioli sauce

Also forgot two extra rolls that were ordered. I know they’re just kids but it’s still ridiculous. Only leaving a scathing review because it’s not the first time.

Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff let alone served. Front counter was blatantly ignored over driver through and delivery. Walked out without the staff noticing I was ever there.

Not one of the best KFC's.
Food quality varies a great deal.
Inside the dining area is not presented well or maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Outside dining area seems to be forgotten about.
The drive thru is efficient enough.
I get the impression staff are not valued here. Maybe management needs an upgrade along with standards of Customer service and food quality.

I give the 5 stars to an employee named Matthew who has excellent customer service skills and is a bonus to your establishment.

Staff had no care for customer service, slid coleslaw across bench and it cracked open on floor, manager Eloise was rude and abrupt with both customers and her own staff, store was messy with greasy benches and the food was bad enough that we were refunded after explaining the poor service and quality of the entire store.strongly recommended that you do not go to this store

Good service. Freshly fried chicken. Sometimes quality depends on who is working at the time of order.

Piece of chicken was in correct to what I asked for, had to swap. Mayo in burger which I asked not to be almost threw up, had to get a new one and coleslaw was dry. Prefer Churchill KFC as its always fresher and quality is better and they get it right. Happening to many times at Prospect.

Terrible customer service. I should've gotten her name who served us at the counter. Also, they forgot to give us the drinks. It didn't just happen to us, also happen to the guy who ordered before us. We had to go back and get it. Would never come back again.

Asking for extra salt/seasoning on your KFC chips at KFC Prospect is like asking for world peace, everyone wants it, but your not going to get it. EVER. ACTUAL.

Went through drive thru twice in one day, asked for extra salt on my chips both times. Didn't happen. The second time I asked for fresh chips with extra salt, had to wait over 5 minutes (!) and still no extra salt. Unbelievable.

Burger was lovely but the chips were undercooked and under seasoned. They also do not have salt sachets, so the chips remained under seasoned

It was so hot inside AC was blowing hot air on a 43°c day will not go there again also outside smells like pee near the front door an outdoor eating area when you walked in think the manager and the boss to do much better in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the place was very disappointed.
