They need to look at management not the best KFC we have been to, the toilets were absolutely disgusting.

Rude customer service. We got two family burger boxes and 20 wings and the wants to charge us for 1 sauce

Bit slow in the restaurant, always paying more attention to the drive thru customers and forger about in store people than say sorry about the wait? Lo

Poorly trained staff. Went to pick up my order. 6 wings & 2 original stuffed into one box (overflowing). Passed across counter to me as seperate items.above box, small fries, & coleslaw. No bag offered. Had to ask for utensils pack.received a blank stare. Never used to be like this. Lift ya game new managers!

Waited in the drive thru on Saturday 11/3. Saw some hoodlum with a blonde mullet try to punch a poor kid in the head. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don’t know if I’m right but it seems like they serve freshly cooked chicken here as compared to their other branches. This is our new go to when we feel like eating KFC.

Forgot to add burger to our meal.staff members were not paying attention to work and just flirting and laughing with each other

As the app wouldn't allow payment via my card, the staff did my order manually, however in my 3 piece feed, I changed the bread roll to a coleslaw but didn't realise until at my destination 20 minutes later that it wasn't changed, this 1 thing ruined my whole meal

Used to be our local and used to be consistent. Have visited this store a few times in the last couple of months and have noticed that it really has gone down hill. The service area was quite dirty, staff very slow and when we got home we found they forgot items from our order. Staff are polite and doing their best but this is either a training issue or management issue. Unfortunately won't be going back.

Drive through, haven't had kfc for months. The chicken was kinda bland & very oily. The chips coleslaw & potato & gravy were delish!

Wait for Chicken was explained nicely and quick. Easy pull up/pull over area to wait. Wait time was spot on, with a friendly smile when brought out to the car. Chook cooked perfectly

Very recently I ordered a zinger box with an upsize. Firstly the staff member who takes the money got the order wrong. So I corrected that.
Then upon getting home.
1. No mashed potato and gravy
2. Instead of 3 chunky chicken wings I got 2 minuscule pieces of overcooked greasy chicken that was awful.
Is this cost cutting/ profit maximisation gone crazy?
Kfc used to be a regular treat for me. I won't order a zinger box again unless it reverts back to its previous format

Not good food. Even the burger was dry the meat wasn’t tasty at all. This happened few times. Never ordering food from here again.

I got there at about 6pm and while there was a few cars in the drive-thru and only 1 guy Infront of me it took at least 5 minutes to even take my order and another 5-10 minutes to then get my food. I ordered the zinger box which the burger chips and potato and mash were all about normal. The chicken pieces that came with it were not much bigger than a chicken nugget and left me feeling underwhelmed. It seemed like they were understaffed.

Food looked and tasted great but as a fast food Worker myself, waking up at 2: 00am to food poisoning and vomiting it all up sucked. It was a night time rush so who knows how long their chicken was sitting their for. This is gonna put me off kfc for long time

MEAN & RUDE af assistant manager RAZI, she gave us “COLD” chicken tenders and was saying the box is cold and literally said “Go wait on the side it will take 20 minutes”. She’s abusing her minuscule position of power. Never going again to this kfc again!

Most of thr time it is good quality hot amd fresh *** update regarding service on 19.04 at 4.45 staff member Caleb (girl) poor and appalling attitude. Please review cctv footage at drive through. It’s just chicken what is with the attitude

Very disappointing service for the team at KFC Prospect. Was looking very forward to the new Hot & Crispy box and the hot & crispy tenders were so tiny and overcooked and not even spicy nor crispy. Chips were tasteless and when I opened the Zinger burger wrapper all the lettuce fell out, as it was poorly prepared and it was also tasteless. This was my first KFC order in 5 months and back then the quality and service were both great. I ordered through the drive-through and was not given a receipt. If I had a receipt I would have driven back and shown the manager and demand my money back. Was ripped off tonight. Hopefully, the team take all poor reviews constructively and learn to improve. Will not be returning!

Exceptionally fast service and the Hot & Crispy was delicious. Also, thank you Ben for the fantastic customer service.
