Very rude staff no regard to customers an no people skills
Very bad service
Wrong orders did not want to provide a rct

Extremely disappointing. Friendly customer service but continually deliver incorrect order or food of poor standard. Had to pull over and go back to store on foot after using drive thru on my last visit as meal was missing two items. Will never use this KFC outlet again.

Customer service disgusting. Had to wait to be served when all staff at the back, half were busy chit chatting. Round 20 minutes waiting for order.
Staff quiet rude, hardly acknowledged us. One staff member was obviously finished his shift when a crew member behind the counter said out loud " I hate you", the young lad looked in horror at this comment then left.
The food was disgusting as well.
Never again.
Unfortunately I had to leave 1 star rating, if my choice, it would be ZERO

Overall this KFC is alright. Last meal I had here the chips were room temp and soggy, and the roll on both mine, and my partners burger were hard, and felt kind of stale.

Absolutely disgusting it was dry like cardboard cold and went straight in the bin.
Never again.

It's KFC. If you're reading reviews because you're undecided whether you want to eat soggy, flavourless, oily chicken, that's your conscience trying to get through to you. Listen to it. Go anywhere else but here. Your wallet, stomach and conscience will later thank you for it.

Don’t go there RACIST & UNPROFESSIONAL staff work there who has zero value do their regular customer

Didn’t get my 7 up or any napkins also didn’t get any spoons so I had to eat my potato gravy with a chicken bone like a greasy animal very disappointed will probably come here again good food
Edit: old mate at kfc sorted out my problem and said I can come grab my 7 up anytime legend

Normal KFC but the staff were very friendly and helpful, chicken was cooked just enough BUT NOT GREASY as is often the case these days! Well done

This place was disgustingly filthy staff was too busy wondering what each other we're doing for the weekend customer service was lacking serving time took over 20 minutes to be served floors was sticky, water on the floor, bathroom stunk absolutely disgusting.never going back to this KFC

Found KFC to be pretty good no matter which store you go to. Tried the new Hot & Crispy boneless pieces. I will have more again soon. Service was good. Order was processed promptly. I always use the app to order, and pay via PayPal. All works pretty smoothly. I am a regular customer at KFC!

No salt on the chips. Luke warm chicken fillets. No serviettes or spoons. They would be better off with robots to serve given the disinterest show by server. Hard to find a decent KFC in Adelaide

Worst customer service ever.
I was told the waiting time for tenders is 10 minutes. And then I waited for 40 minutes for the tenders.

As a small KFC, it's often a hit and a miss. Usually they get my order right but sometimes there are issues, which is a pain with takeaway/drive-thru meals. Frequently run out of items on the menu, such as drumsticks/pieces or wicked wings.

They are consistently under salting the chips so by the time they get to me they are soggy warm potato's and not much more definitely gonna go to mcdonalds next time as they offer consistent quality across the board

Actually noticed how clean the shop was.
Even smelt nice.
And the chicken was so juicy. Not all dry and chewy like other stores.
Well done kids.

I have to check my order everytime as something always gets missed. Maybe part of the training could include simple manners like please and thankyou.

Had dinner here tonight with my son Service I was appalling waited 10 minutes to get served the girl that served me clearly had no training chicken was soggy and crumbs falling off no spice to zinger fillets chips or soggy and it’s not the first time it’s happened it seems to be a regular occurrence of the store only been here twice in the past six months thought I’d give it another go scenes it was the KFC in the area at the time

Omg the worst KFC we have ever had store filthy and our food was so bad we had to throw it out. Burnt or recooked, hard skin and greasy. Old wrinkled chips. Soggy nuggets. Never again! The last time was not good but this time I'm disgusted! Tried to post a photo but it won't let me.hmm we know why.

Just like every other KFC, friendly staff, busy place. Seems like a great idea at the time, then afterwards.
