KFC Paralowie

Service was good but the quality of my 3 piece meal wasn't to flash. Compared to the port adelaide store that I have been to this store was lacking in from what I believe was freshness especially the fries. A little disappointed. The other meals ordered were fine. They were burger meals.

Our Government had this tank built among many others and they have never fired an angry shot ever hence why they are now used as a exhibit to warn.

In the 12 years that I've lived in this area on almost every occasion that I've been to this KFC in Paralowie I've always been given trouble in one form or another now today is the last straw I ordered the dinner box which has 10 pieces and I asked for larger pieces because I'm sharing with some friends and I was given an attitude not much of one but still an attitude then when I got home I opened the box to find 8 pieces and three of them were smallest ones. Please steer clear of this store it's not worth the trouble, just head to Salisbury it's worth the extra journey.

Floors were black and off putting. Whole dining area needs some serious cleaning. I usually come through drive through so I don't see it but wow.

Had a complaint about what I ordered got shrugged off pritty quickly no apologise or how they can fix it. Normally never an issue there normally gets order right but this time didn't. If you ever order a large make sure they put everything as a large not just one thing in the order.

This place has great food and great people there who will come to your aid, and the service they have where you can just order online and go and pick it up and pay easy, saves all of time and doesn't hold the queue for other people

Always enjoy KFC. Friendly staff who sometimes have to be told a few times what your order is. More attention needs to be paid

Went through the drive through. On the way home my wife was checking what we ordered to find that there was things missing just goes to show people still cant read what is in front of them on a screen very disappointed

Chicken was fresh and tasty. Service was reasonably quick (drive thru). Only gripe was i had to ask for my drink. (Otherwise i was not going to recieve it)

Shouldn't tell customers to park when have no system in place or waiting bays.waited 20 mins in drive through then told to park because have to cook chicken. No parks out the front because was busy and other people who where parked. Parked in car park across from kfc.

Decided to go in because don't want to be waiting 30 plus minutes then never receive my meal. Went in and told them waiting inside. Meal took another 20 mins to cook and make.do not park cars to keep drive through times down if you're not going to make orders in order. There is no parking system in place at all more worried about drive through times than customers.

Whilst waiting I watched numerous zingers go out which was apparently what I was waiting on.i was apologised to and given 2 free mouse's but not good enough other customers where coming in from drive through and being parked complaining because they forgot parts of there meals.one even never recieved his meal!

Either put a system in place to park cars or don't park cars. I've worked at KFC in the past and never parked cars, never. I understand it's a busy KFC and drive through times are important but the customer is also important.

Hello you might remember me as the guy who drove around the whole drive through twice bc my brain is spaghetti. Any way I got a boxed meal the family burger box to be exact. Yummy yummy. Plus cole slaw and potato gravy on the side because ooooo also yummy yummy. But then we were told everything was in da box. But it wasn’t but it’s okay because the guy who told us everything was
In the box then put everything in the box. Fire him. Anyway then we get home and we have no twisters. So I twisted my fist in the air at kfc paralowie. And then we got just gravy with no potato so my fist shook in the air some more. I’ve only been there twice but guess what I’ll probably be back because it’s the local but yeah not to happy BROTHER

Probably the greasiest KFC chicken we've ever eaten, so greasy infact that the box fell apart while putting the rubbish in the bin in store. Some of the pieces were inedible because of this.

We also had to prompt the staff member that forgot our drinks we ordered. They also forgot to give us any sauces and hand towels. Overall, a very disappointing meal. Is this representative of the restaurant as a whole? I'm not sure, but we won't be coming back again.

Furious! Waited 45mins for my meal. Poor service and no compensation for my wait. My order was 'deleted' from the electronic system.

Not to bad on quality of food though the wait time was not so good. The guy at the counter told me it would only take 3 minutes to cook the zinger it ended up taking 12 minutes. Just one let down.

Very dirty place when i went. Tables sticky check out person just stood there stareing blankly i had to ask if she was ready to take my order. Also took ages to get my order

Great bunch of guys. Friendly service.
And a girl called Caitlin lovely young girl so happy smiling all the time.

Service was very slow, forgot one of our orders. Took about 15 mins from ordering to receiving our meals. Wouldn't go there again!

Customer service is great here, definitely coming back.they gave us 4 extra wicked wings for free, and the popcorn chicken was so fresh and hot that it melted the lid! Even a free frozen drink, 10/10 would recommend
