KFC Paralowie

Drive Thru audio system is woeful, cant hear properly - both on customer and server side - meaning they stuff the orders up and I had to correct it at the window. Zinger Twister had heaps of salad falling out the side of the wrapping paper. The chips were soggy and had grease all over the outside of the box (how the hell they did that I'll never know). Takes a special kind of crew to be able to stuff up that bad, they clearly couldn't give a toss.

There was gel in my zinger burger…… kfc give me a refund please wait no give me a bucket of wicked wings

I live across from kfc and I go there nearly 4days a week and everytime I Oder they always stuff it up they either get it wrong or somethings missing like I ask for extra chicken salt and there’s never any on the chips they just always get my orders wrong

Only two people out of all the workers were wearing face masks correctly. Every worker I caught touching their hair and face, even the ones wearing a mask. Service was extremely slow, waiting 20 minutes to get served at 4: 40 and waiting 15 for my food to arrive in a store with only 3 customers inside. All workers were having loud conversations with each other at the counter as well. Just horrible service and no regard for health and safety.

Update after receiving food: Got no napkins and saw the girl cleaning dining room using the broom to get stuff off the table. Super disgusting.

Well came in today found out they got a new system, Well the lines of ppl looked like browns cows could, ve had someone there showing ppl how to use the new self order online kiosks, Left & got Subway instead.

What the point in renovating if your still gonna serve up unsalted soggy chips.not good enough!

Service is a bit meh ya know.kfc mawsons gives out free chips when you wait.this one aint it chiefs, but it does the job.zing on

Great place for a quick bite or a nice meal, wouldn't recommend for vegans or vegetarians because this place mostly sells chicken.

Worst food, order a zinger stacker, got a cold chicken in it with unusual tasting tough bread at 11: 15 pm on 6th july 2021. Disappointed.

I went to the drive thru yesterday and the customer service by the employ was good specifically D** gave us good customer service.would go again

Food was good, but restaurant needs to be cleaned alot more regularly as tables were mainly left in a mess and not cleaned

Ordered & told it would be 10 mins Not sure what happened to our chicken strip, only half had a coating/batter on it Chips very soggy

The potato and gravy tasted terrible. Had to have mostly wings because chicken wasn't ready we did choose not to wait. Chicken was overcooked. Chips were nice. Very hit and miss this KFC

Been here many times rarely do they get the order wrong compared to others I've been to you've also got a good chance of your food being more hot than cold when you get it

I've said this before and after my last visit I'll say it again. This store has absolutely the fastest service I've ever (especially for a KFC) Keep up the good work!

Absolute joke ordered the family burger deal chips were soggy chicken on the burgers were so dry chewy and tasted hours old, disappointing to say the least

Chicken very dry it was awful and missing items from our order. Called the store to complain. Will never go back ever.

We ordered our meal through menulog. It was delivered in record time from pickup. The chips were stone cold, the burgers were lukewarm.very disappointing and they were missing a burger. I don't know what the staff did.
